      I called this company about 3 years ago for service and I've had them in my house three times to do repair works or replacements and they're always Fair and they tell you what they're going to charge you before they get in the door. I will continue to use them as their prices are fair and reasonable compared to other companies that I've talked to.

      Great service! **** gives you options and never tries to pressure you into a specific solution. I always ask for recommendations, and his input is always well conceived and accurate.       I had a wonderful experience with Be Cool. They installed a brand new unit and system in my remodeled home. They showed up on time to each appointment. They kept me informed of each step of the process. They even cane back out and did a follow up. It was the best experience I could have with a contracted service. The staff and field employees were all very friendly. The owners really went above and beyond.

      Be Cool Heating and Air just replaced my inside A/C unit. They were very professional and was able to answer all my questions which made me feel very confident in choosing them. They guys were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience. I would highly recommend.

      Our HVAC kept shutting on/off and when we called was told a service fee of 60 would be charge to come out. The 60 service fee would be counted towards our overall invoice if repairs we conducted. Upon arrival, the inspection indicated a clog pipeline which was turning the unit on/off. Then was told out ac battery was damaged and needed replacement. The battery upon searching online is a $15 dollar part. The invoice came out to $770 dollars, indicating $230 for a battery. When I advised the part was a $15 piece they took 100 off for $130 fee for part and labor. I dont understand why this **** was so high when it was quoted a 60 service fee.

      Awesome Father and Son team , installed a complete system on a Wednesday within Hours. Thursday we had a strong cold front come in and system worked Great.

But it also works when customers pay their invoices and you have not paid us for extra work we have done for you. We even discounted your **** to pay for the supplies only and you still ignore us.       When I hired ***** I told him what electrician had said what was part of the job he was supposed to do. Then he gave me an estimate I am paying him through a credit card I apply with him, through his company so I don't think I owe him any money. Having problems with AC and he will NOT fix it even though it is under warranty. He told me he was not coming back so I will have to pay someone else to fix his problem, but he is still collecting the payment.

      Hello again,You may notice - you asked "electricians" for advice and we are NOT electricians. We are an AC company and you cannot decide for us how much we can charge for our work. We did EXTRA work for you, as you had requested, and we completed the job. When your past due invoice is PAID, we will be more than happy to help with your AC issue. As a businesswoman, you should understand if you do not get paid for your work, services will not be provided.       If you read correctly, I did not asked electrician for advice I told you what the electrician said and that that was part of your job because they did not do installations on vents, he said the ** people do it and you agree. I bought the vents, and you were supposed to install them now you want to charge again. That was already included on the estimate and no I never told you or anyone in your business what to do that you just saying. I pay all my bills for your information but not when being charge twice. I hope you understand now what I'm saying. Warranty should be coved until expired not using excuses so work wont be done. Hope in the future you let your customer know they don't have warranty and don't lie about the warranty and then you don't show up when they call you. Thank you
