      eI bought a car from West Loop Mitsubishi on 03/05/22. The financial paperwork was completed at *************** for some odd reason. I sold this car to CarMax Fort Bend on 05/08/2023. I wanted to cancel the ************* so I referred to the installment contract and found that ************************************ was the company the contract was purchased from. I filled out the refund request on their website and the next day received an email saying that are the provider not the agent who is Endurance and to call them. I called Endurance and they verified the contract but told me that the contract had already been cancelled and that I needed to contact the selling dealer. I called West Loop and they asked me what I wanted and I told them I needed help with a Gap contract. They claimed the manager **** was at lunch and would return my call. He never did. I called again the same issue.Next I called *************** because that is where West Loop Mitsubishi customers are sent to do their paperwork. I asked for the business office but was sent to the finance manager. The call went directly to voice mail and the message was never responded to. I called the next day and asked for the business office. Again the call went directly to voicemail. Apparently, these dealerships only answer the phone to sell, any other concerns are ignored and I have seen this noted on customer reviews.According to the *** company the dealership must have the check. This refund request is almost 90 days old at this point and is not acceptable. I live south of ******* and it is not practical to travel to *********** for this problem.

      We have processed a refund check to ****************** in the amount of $363.34 and it will be mailed to the address shown on his correspondence.  The refund was calculated based on the date that ****************** sold the vehicle to CarMax.

      I purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey in April of 2021. I've contacted the dealership on several occasions asking about my paperwork for the vehicle. Every person I've spoken with including the manager stated that it was sent out. We'll now it's been a whole year & no one wants to return my calls & can not tell me what happened to the paperwork I signed. I have no title or anything for the vehicle. Another thing is I've already had to buy a new battery, ********************* hose for this vehicle. I honestly believe this vehicle my have either been salvaged or my paperwork was lost & if so the contract is void.

      ******************** contacted us for copies of her paperwork earlier this year.  We mailed copies to the address we had on file for her.  We have since contacted ******************** and requested her email address.  We have emailed her copies of all of the documents.
