All I did was get online and look at iheartmedia I never gave permission I never signed up before iHeartRadio and all the sudden I look at my bank account and there's a $10.69 payment to iHeartRadio that I never approved of I'll never get it back these people are thieves and crooks. They don't have any rights to take money out of my account I did not give them permission I did not give him anything about my account none of my numbers or anything but yet all the sudden it's going to be and taken out of my account. ****** sent me a free gift for becoming a listener. IHeart and a company named **** sent me a $30 free gift card and then asked me what I liked in the end of survey I picked hello fresh because Im broke and need good for myself and 2 children. Only to find out in the end they gave me a $110 towards the free meals then I had to pay 40 something dollars. I feel like they did this to get my address, my full name, email, and s as lol my data on what I like by picking through all these companies. Dont fall for it like I did Im very upset with these companies and thought Id get a break with food but no. They targeted me because I am no income and disabled.Review from James U

The station plays American Top 40 - The 80s on Sunday mornings at 8 AM. This past Sunday (10/16/2022) they started playing the countdown at number 32 from October 18, ****, played four songs (through number 29) and then switched to the countdown to October 18, **** starting at number 29. The station has consistently NOT PLAYED 40 SONGS from the archived countdown since they started playing American Top 40 - The 80s The station is poorly run and the reason for the inconsistency.Review from Sadie F

Won tickets to Jungle Bells at the Zoo in *********. Took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone, I had to contact them. Then they tell me there's blackout dates and an expiration and my tickets can only be used on a specific weekend to attend Jungle bells since it took so long to get them to me. Now my kids can't even go to Jungle Bells, due to their mistake. No apology, nothing. I was told to be patient or forfeit my tickets, by the promotions manager *******************.
