Don't purchase from them! Had french doors installed and they were installed with the hinges on the outside. The door also doesn't swing the way we asked for it to swing. Door doesn't latch well. Tried to get it replaced or fixed in some way but they are not willing to help us in any way. Will not finish remaining windows with them. They don't stand behind their product or workmanship! We have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a year.

What a horrible job was done! I wish I would never addressed to them. The way of the installation is the dirtiest I had ever seen . It was very unprofessional. No preparation work. They came into a totally fixed condominium unit and left it in real disastrous condition and I am not talking only about the mess!!!! They scratched the doors in the rooms where they work and cut the window frames. The walls around the windows were nasty dirty.. The baseboards had scratched marks. They did not use the latter during the job and stepping on the windowsills they scratched them as well. They did not use tarp on the floor to protect it from falling glass and debris. The broken glass was everywhere in the unit. Also in the kitchen the workers did not use the tarp on the countertop and were literally standing on the countertop and in the sink with their work boots, of course, they scratched the kitchen countertop as well.I would never recommend this company, I mean THE WINDOW SOURCE OF SAN ANTONIO, in Fairgrounds parkway to anybody if you care about your property. The employees of the company are just liars who convincing you that the job will be done properly ,but in fact , but the result was totally opposite. 09/5-11/2023

The Window Source did an amazing job on our home! Our sales rep educated ** on what windows would be best for our home and promised us an excellent install from their installation team. And that is exactly what happened! We love our new windows! Thanks you Window Source

This business will not communicate back with you after they install your windows and take your money,if you should have a problem with your windows. I Waited 3 months for a storm door that was incorrectly ordered and installed. I called to report that the storm door closer was no longer working. I was told they would get back to me when they have an opening in their schedule. I have yet to hear back from them in over a month. Ive warned others about this company. Dont be fooled by the dog and pony show during their presentation.
