From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, ***** communicated amazingly throughout the process. Filing a claim my insurance company and HOA can be challenging, but ***** assisted with every step and made it so much easier and without any stress. He always informed me of the next steps and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I don't write many reviews but when someone of his caliber comes along I like to share my experience in hopes that others can benefit from working with him just as I have. OnPointe Premier was very professional and thorough from the time we met with Christian to get an estimate through the whole process of getting our roof replaced. He was patient and this company is very familiar with the term "customer service." If you need to have your roof replaced and don't want to face all the confusion, this is the company to go with. I can't say enough about them.

Great job, great service. Even the trusted independent roof inspector paid by me commented on the great quality of the work. From the beginning Christian was very helpful and patient working with me, explaining everything & helping with the insurance company & answering my many questions. A truly knowledgeable professional he kept me appraised of everything throughout the process; he was always prompt answering my questions & was always around ensuring things were moving along & at the end doing a final quality control inspection & that the area was left clean. I highly recommend OnPoint roofing. My lead, Christian ******, was absolutely phenomenal! The entire support team is very well organized, professional, and very knowledgeable with all the different insurance agencies. As a customer, all I had to do was sit back and listen. The quality of repairs is some of the best work Ive seen in years! The crews, both roofers and gutters, were amazing, courteous, and hard working. OnPoint Premier was excellent throughout the entire process of our Roof claim/installation. Our project manager (Dominic) facilitated and scheduled all necessary conversations with all stakeholders. We could not happier with the Value and work performed at our property. We got the "white glove" treatment and would recommend OnPoint Premier to anyone! Many thanks to the entire team that made this project a success!
