Being towed for being park over the line that is not in our parking addendum. Due to the negligence of the tow truck driver (named on receipt) the vehicle sustained multiple damages. The vehicle was wrongly towed. Not once was a noticed given if a notice was give it would have instantly fixed. We pay every month to safely park our vehicles at our home and it is not safe due to wrongfully towing vehicles. We want the vehicle repaired and a refund for the tow.

I am yet another victim of GME **** dba Bexar Towing. This company predatory practices with the support of the Union Pines Apartments are unlawfully towing people cars from the area, even if they have the required parking pass. Union Pones Apt manager are calling the tow truck, so my guess is they are getting a percentage of the kickback. The more the tow the more money made. I would like an explanation of why they are right there at the apartments watching people walk in after placing a legitimate parking pass in the window. The explanation was "you were parked in the wrong parking spot." So you get a parking pass from the resident you are visiting and they park you in the wrong space. Why even bother with passes and they are not honored

So I work from home no need to leave my house just for an emergency for my kids. Well I called my apt complex and they said Bexar towing saw my vehicle parked too close to the white line. Then when I called them they said my property manager called them. Then they both said my vehicle had an orange sticker. Which was false cause I had just drove it. Well my son is special needs I even forgot my key in the ignition cause I was planning to go back out and move my vehicle closer. By the time I went back out it was gone.

On February 3rd 2022 my vehicle was unlawfully towed. I had a parking pass placed on my mirror and the tow truck driver towed my vehicle when he wasn't supposed to. After picking up my car I noticed some damage on muffler, the under guard, rear bumper and front bumper. I've been getting the runaround ever since reporting the damage and after 9 months they came to the conclusion that it was pre-existing damage. I've sent pictures that I took before driving out of the holding yard and they still are not wanting to admit to their faults. I just want the damages that occurred while they had my vehicle in their possession fixed.

I asked what was the reason for my vehicle being towed. I was told my vehicle was towed because it was "parked in the grass". There were over 40 vehicles parked in the grass and yet mines was one of few to get towed. There was no signage saying "no parking in the grass". This is unlawful towing and there reasoning for towing is preposterous. They steal your vehicle and sell it back to, so they can make money for their business. The individual in the video coloring, would not give his name. The management were moving slow as there was several people waiting in line. You can see in the footage how their employees act, very rude and disrespectful with people.

My car was towed out of my apartment complex for being incorrectly parked, my fault. But the company did not want to answer as to how my car was towed, (flatbed or dolly etc.) they constantly blew me off and recorded none of my complaints, I know this because I called several times. My 1990 300zx rear wheel drive car was parked with the Emergency brake on. Upon retrieving my car I noticed a weird noise driving it home which it had never had. The next time I drove it a week or so later it had gotten way worse, mind you I only drove it 20 miles or so after it was towed and retrieved. My transmission wasnt working properly and was not engaging any of the gears. I am now having to get my transmission replaced and paying for all of it out of pocket due to improper towing by what is supposed to be a professional towing company. Since the estimated costs are below $10,000 I will have to try and take them to small claims courts or something because I am a full time student and independent contractor so anything I need to pay for out of pocket greatly impacts my budget.

We have an agreement with Bexar towing to tow at my property. As outlined in the agreement, vehicles with resident permits are not to be towed. On 3/31, they came out and towed a residents vehicle with the description of no resident permit displayed. After contacting *************************, he stated the driver was new and he would release the vehicle to my resident with no charge. Resident goes to pick up the vehicle and Bexar towing dispatch ****** charged the resident $340.00. I contacted **** again while the resident was at impound and he stated he would take care of it and contact dispatch. He contacted dispatch and told her to go ahead and charge the resident the $340. They do not do what is agreed upon or what they say they will do. Do not trust them at their word if you are a property manager. Prior owners, *** was fantastic and worked with her for years. New owners do not hold up to what they say they are going to do which creates frustration and consequences.

The address above belongs to my mother, ********************************* and she has lived there for almost two years. Due to her recent surgery I take her to grocery store and other appointments because she needs assistance. My car was towed in spite of me having the proper car decal in window of car. The driver watch us go upstairs with groceries and towed the car. We paid about ****** for no reason. I believe this was a scam to get money and I need my funds returned.

My husband bought to our apartment complex the ***** coming van. He were home maybe an hour and Bexar towing towed the company van. It's our way to work and whatever the person who towed it messed something up. Now we are stuck with no van to get to work. They still charged my husband to get it out. It's ridiculous that this people have towed us. We have had other vehicles in the past and they have towed us even with our vehicle being registered. We didn't register the company van because it was just for the night. We are absolutely upset with this towing company. Want a full refund.
