We where looking for an SUV for a very long time but it was imposible to get a good one at an afordable price. We found out about HPD Auto Sales as we where already customer for their repair shop for years. We ended up buying a 2017 Yukon and my wife absolutly love it.The price was fair and the condition of the vehicle its amazing. We did a trade inn for our very old truck also. ****** was very helpfull and frindly.Muchas gracias a todo el equipo de HPD will defenetly see you guys again.Thanks foir the treats for our doggo hahahahaha.

Owner is a scammer lair my purchase a **** (thats posted White **** posted on website) from him place down payment requested a vehicle only 2-3 days car broke down son requested his money back did not refund ( note normally have I believe 7 days to return vehicle for refund) My son took me on a ride around the block once he got it. while driving I told him I smelled antifreeze as if the water pump. A day car ran hot wasnt able to drive, they picked up the car. I went with him to the dealership on the 3rd having the car . The owner of HPD AUTO said Well I dont know why theres an issue. That was my everyday car I never had any issues while driving it. Honestly, I could tell that he was lying. He gave my son a loaner car, a gray Altima that you can see that also had some issues. I believe he used it for about three weeks and his car still wasnt ready. also, there was electric issues in the car He had to come out of pocket and rent a car for almost a month and a half then the car was ready again and all the sudden once again it was back at the shop, I told him that I believe it was they gave him a temporary vehicle once again a small SUV. I believe he had it for two weeks. It took almost 3 months before he got the car back. It was a new motor. I told my son most likely is not a new motor They filed a false claim for the warranty people to replace the motor. The motor was never replaced. they poured some sealant in the motor . My son was able to take it to another mechanic where they Ran a detailed diagnostic report on the car, showing that it was the same motor parts that did not belong on the car false wiring are there things it was a 2 to 3 page report.This owner HPD Auto is straight, scammers, thieves, and liars.

We dont have that customer listed in our data base, we have never sell a car nor we know anything about that person.

If I could leave a negative star I would. We saw a truck online and got the sale process started (we live 3 hours away). The pictures posted online the description of the truck, and the video that was shared with us was all deceiving. The truck was total trash. Our bank already paid the dealer in full before we got there to pick it up. When we saw it in person, we walked away. We called USAA to let them know we were not finalizing the sale. They gave us info that we gave to the dealership for them to wire the money back since financial documents had not been signed yet. 3 weeks later, the truck is no longer on their inventory list (so assuming its sold) and our bank still has not received the money back yet. When we called the dealership they said they were gathering the information needed and were working on it. Theres nothing to gather since we gave them the info before leaving that day. So, they have money from our bank and now possibly from whomever bought the truck. This dealership is as shady as a giant oak tree! Buyers beware!!! We cant look at another truck until this dealer ********* back. I wouldnt buy a toy car from them!
