On Thurs March 2nd I physically went to the office to find a new dentist and get prices for teeth cleaning They did not have a price chart for services. The receptionist quoted $50 to $149 and set an appt. for Mon 3/6/23 and asked that my records be sent over. Called old dentist and they sent them to me and I e-mailed them to Dental Space reiterating $50 for cleaning? She called later saying recv'd x-rays and cleaning would be $60.00 . I said OK. Go to my Noon appointment, sat there for 27 minutes before Dr comes and examines my mouth nice guy we chat before I go to the back for the actual cleaning, the receptionist wants me to sign a paper that cleaning will be $189 and $60 for the exam I just had. Never was there any mention by e-mail phone or my in visit in person of a charge for an exam. I was livid, refused to sign, PAID the $60.00 and walked out. I believe this is fraudulent business operations and I want my $60 back. I am a senior citizen and dont want to be taken advantage of. I am turning to you for HELPBusiness response

To Whom It May **************** spoke with ************ on April 18th to discuss her concerns regarding her visit and that I thoroughly investigated the matter. All ****** calls are monitored for quality assurance and I was able to review her conversation with the our staff member. I assured her that everything was indeed explained before hand, however I understand to resolve the this, ************ would like a refund. She and I reached an amicable agreement. She is to reach out to the BBB and request that the complaint be withdrawn and to take no further action. Upon verification of this, we are to issue a full refund of the $60.00. This refund will mailed to her address that we have on file.
I have attempted to contact the BBB of ****** on two occasions to confirm that ************ has rescinded her complaint, though I have not received a call back.
