      Had a lot of roof guys come by after a hail storm in ******. ***** stopped by with JWC and had the best pressure-free pitch with best roof options. We're extremely satisfied with the roof and customer service. ***** stayed involved throughout the process. They have the process down and made it very, very easy. Didn't have to handle anything on our own with insurance. Highly recommend

      Our home flooded two days before Christmas and to say it was overwhelming and stressful is an understatement. It was a very long one year process and we definitely hit some bumps along the way. Thankfully *********************** (owner of ADH) quickly got involved and put ********************* (Mitigation Manager) on the job to help to help us navigate and remediate any of the issues that had occurred along the way. I cant speak highly enough about ****-. Firstly he has a a good heart and an astounding work ethic. He follows through with what he says will happen and he gets the job done the right way. I highly recommend **** and his skilled and efficient team.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I am a home owner and have had to work with contractors in a wide range of services over the last several years. None have been so abysmal to work with as JWC Contractors. I have come to regret more and more since signing the dotted line to have them replace my roof after an especially bad hail storm late last year. They have been slow to schedule work, slow to respond, and even slower to address the remaining issues after replacing my roof. Even on the day of the roof replacement itself, the ******* never came and introduced themselves to me nor did they say anything to me before they left at the end of the day. I happened to catch one of their other folks that was still on the property and did a walk around with them. Their response when I pointed out issues I have outlined below was little more than "I'll take some pictures and someone will get back to you."It has been over a month since the roof replacement. At this time I have: 1) A hole in my garage ceiling where one of their ******* kicked out a section of the ceiling.2) No gutters because they ripped out chunks of trim when they removed the old gutters and want to charge me $2.7k more to fix it.3) A large nail sticking through the front of my house where their ******* put in the nail crooked and didn't fix it.4) Debris in my yard that was not completely picked up, nor did they have anyone come back out to do another sweep as they said they would.

      Mr. Nichols,

      I really appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback.  All feedback is welcomed in order to continue doing our best to provide excellent customer service. I also apologize that you feel you received anything less than that for your project. We really do strive to do everything with a spirit of excellence but understand that we do construction and sometimes things happen. 

      With that said, please give me the chance to speak on the complaints. As I know it is not ideal, and I don't know why the builders decide to build anything without drip edge, there is absolutely no way to see that your fascia was rotted until we took down your gutters. It is not our fault nor is it yours but unfortunately it put's us in an uncomfortable situation where we have to come back like HGTV and tell you that there will be an extra expense. We did give a solution of trying to moving the screws to areas that were not rooted in order to secure the gutters back up. financial surprises are not fun for anyone so I totally get your frustration on this. 

      As far as the communication, we use a CRM that tracks every conversation along with dates and times. We tried reaching you multiple times during that time period although we understand people get busy. 

      We did have one of our guys accidentally step off a rafter in your attic and we apologized and told you we would fix it. But nobody "kicked" a hole in your ceiling. 

      Again, the gutters were not immediately installed because of the "rotted" trim. When wood is rotted it will break or dissolve in chunks. 

      The nail was seen and fixed. That's is the best part about our Post Construction Walk. We take a look at everything to make sure you are 100% satisfied. 

      The debris was picked up and the nail bar was ran 3x through your property. Our PM also let you know that if you found anything at all, to give him a call and he would come back and run it again. 

      The process is stressful and we completely understand that. It's what we do everyday so we really try and empathize with customers. I hope that you at least rest easy knowing that you have the nicest roof on your block after we were done. It should hold up better than your neighbors void of any major catastrophic hail storms. 

      We really do appreciate your time and the opportunity to serve you and your family through this process. We wish you a very blessed rest of your year sir.
