Splendid charged me over $700 for SDF on my kid. They didn’t even bothered to notify me that my kid’s insurance wasn’t going to cover it.Review from Desiree L

Worst dental experience ever, the guy who said he is manager. But works front desk. Had us sitting there and after we switch my daughter appointment to my time slot and said we are about to take lunch and had to leave. But never said anything prior to that. This office is very unprofessional and moves very slow. They aren’t educated on the insurance they take and what they offer… very sad a waste of time. Patients don’t matter here and no communication.Review from Michael C

When I got to the Spendid Dental Care in Atascosita in Atascosita and asked to get a regular dental cleaning. A technician took several xrays. Then, another technician had to retake more xrays because the 1st technician was just hired off the street and did not a clue what she was doing. Then I asked to get a regular teeth cleaning, as I do every 6 months, and is fully paid by the insurance. The hygienist, which was also the receptionist and the 2nd xray retake, said, oh no, you must have a deep cleaning, which will cost several thousand dollars. I re-stated again, that there was nothing wrong with my teeth and I just wanted a regular cleaning, as I do every 6 months and is paid 100% by the insurance. The arrogant hygienist refused to do it, and I refused to get extorted thousands of dollars for a service that I did not need. Since the x-rays were paid by the insurance, I was not charged anything and left. Then I got a bill in the mail for xrays. Xrays and teeth cleaning are paid 100% by the insurance. So why is Splendid billing me. Is it because the insurance refused to pay your fraudulent claims?.
