I ordered flowers from Always Floral for a funeral to be delivered on Friday for a service at 9:00 on Saturday. The flowers were delivered on Saturday at 8:58 (two minutes prior to the service). The funeral home was unable to get the flowers into the service on time out of respect for the family. I contacted Sabrina numerous times. First, she told me they were delivered at 8:40 on Saturday and to contact the funeral home. The funeral home was adamant that the flowers had not made it in time for the service. When I told her I knew this was untrue, she angrily called the funeral home and told them she had photographic proof that they were delivered at 8:58. Most of my emails were ignored until I asked for a refund because the terms of the agreement/order were not met, which she discourteously refused. She has called the funeral home (who is not at fault) three separate times and yelled/cussed and tried to passed the blame. I know this because the funeral home has called me each time. She has not called me once. I am appalled at the lack of customer service for this business and I will not be using it again, nor will I recommend it to anybody.
