I placed an order on June 16th 2023 online at lookin sharp sublimation. On June 26th I sent and email in regards to shipping information or order stays and was told it will ship the tomorrow. I then received an email on June 27th with the following **** ******** * ****************************** in which the package never moved. Contacted my card service and I'm trying to dispute this since I never received anything. So my cousin also stays next door and also runs a small business and is always looking for new suppliers and ordered from here recently without knowing I've had an issue and he only received half of his order and the owner no longer is responding to him. This is a huge issue when you have a small business owner doing this to other small business customers and he business definitely needs some investigation or something because she is stealing people's money and not giving them promised product.Business response

Hello! I took a moment to review your order. It does look like your order was shipped within the timeframe stated. It does look like you filed a chargeback with your bank and report the order as "fraudulent." Per **** website, it shows the package was accepted.I do see where your sent one email asking for an order status and nothing past that aside from the chargeback. After the chargeback was closed, you have not reached out still to inform us that your package had not arrived. Since we never heard anything again, we had assumed the item arrived. We would have been happy to replace it if you had reached out to us. We are also current with all of our emails so it is possible the email from your cousin was not received.
I do understand your frustration and we hope **** delivers your package soon.

Hello! I have attached a screenshot showing where **** indicates that they accepted the package. I would file a missing package claim with **** since they are in possession of the package. I hope you have a great week!Customer response

It shows stuck in your state of Texas awaiting package label accepted. Thank I'll try contacting them
