I brought my car in there January 20th. And ordered a engine off **** and they told me the cost would be around ****$ then they replaced the engine February 16th and I picked it up, it ran good but the ac didnt work. So I brought it back and they told me the heater control valve was leaking and thats why the ac wasnt working. They wanted to charge me to replace it so I did it myself. Then I called them today(02/28/2023) and I told them the ac worked perfectly before the engine replacement and they said to bring it in and theyll look at it and we can go from there and I told them I shouldnt have to pay anything considering it worked perfectly before hand. They also charged me 150$ to replace spark plugs that were already installed on the new engine. I really just care about getting my ac fixed no charge. But would like some money back. Considering I payed 2900$ and was quoted ****Business response

When the motor arrived it did not come with all the gaskets or spark plugs. These things had to be purchased and installed seperately from the original estimate which only included the installation of the motor. As for the complaint regarding the A/C problem, there was a part that needed replacement, which had nothing to do with the motor installation. Everything was done with customers approval prior to work to be done on vehicle.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
My A/C worked perfectly before the engine was replaced. Its sat at the shop till it was fixed so nothing else was done to it. The day I got it back the ac didnt work. All Im asking is for my ac to be fixed free of charge because it worked before I brought it in.
