On 08/22/2022 I called for towing service and paid $1,417.50. No receipt was emailed after I requested several times during the call. I paid for service from Cristal City TX to Houston TX. They advised me paperwork had to be completed on their end from the DPS in order to complete the towing service. The next day, 08/23/2022, they were supposed to work on that DPS paperwork and call me to let me know they were ready to proceed. Nobody called me back. I called for updates and was informed that they had no driver but they will have a driver stay at a motel so they can pick up next morning. Next day comes, 08/24/2022, no phone call. I called for an update and was told that they had no driver, and were DPS paperwork. The day before they did not mention paperwork from DPS was still in progress. At this point I felt I was being fooled. So I asked if they were really going to do the job. I was told that they were, and would call me back. After an hour I received a call saying they messed up on the price and they would do the job for $1,200 more or I can get a refund. I requested a refund. I was told refund would be processed that same day. I called the following week for an update and was told the refund was not done until 08/26/2022. Until now, refund has not be processed. I called my bank and they do not see a refund transaction. I need the refund of $1,417.50 for service I paid but did not get.
