This company knows what they are doing. ***** was amazing and helped me every step of the way. He kept me informed of everything having to do with the process. ****** and his crew were amazing. I am an insurance agent and he has helped a lot of my customers. They will meet with the adjuster and will make sure the adjuster sees the full extent of the damage done to your home. I have not had one complaint from my customers. Great company! ****** was out of the country and still was able to get my roof leak repaired within a couple of days before we got a bunch of rain, saved our walls from anymore water damage. Will go to them for all of our roofing needs!

I work with numerous contractors in this industry and always have a great experience working with ******. A friend long ago told me to call *************************** at Higher Roofing and Construction if ever I needed roof work done, so, when ********* started coming into the house, I called. ****** was out of the country on a vacation, but that didnt matter to him. Within an hour of me leaving a voicemail, while it was still raining, a Higher Roofing and Construction crew was on the roof, in the attic, patching holes and laying down tarping. I was skeptical when ****** told me not to be satisfied with the first payment or the second payment from my insurance carrier, but I trusted him. Because of Higher Roofing and Constructions extensive experience and deep understanding of the ************************* policies, and little-known procedures, my carrier ended up paying for 100% of a brand-new roof and gutters, which ****** and his team installed as professionally as theyd guided me through the claim and appraisal process. *************************** is a consummate professional. Not only did he install a high quality roof for **, he repaired several other items around the house that were damaged in the hail storm. And he became our advocate with the insurance company and got ** a lot more coverage than we would have been able to do ourselves. You want to work with a contractor like ******. Not only does he have your best interest at heart but he is very diligent and organized which is very important for us specially when dealing with claims. He was on top of it with our insurance company and communicated with ** all throughout the process.
