I had appointment to have mr. ********************** to come change out laundry room fluorescent light to LED, as well s install 8 can lights. I came home early from work to wait. and wait. and wait. I called several times and dispatcher said they'd try to contact **********************ian. I called again and again and again. finally, at 4:20 pm, I called one more time and the lady said the **********************ian was delayed at another job and I'd have to reschedule. I asked if the **********************ian can stlll come after they're done with that other job and the lady said, "that will incur an additional charge because after 5pm is considered "emergency visit."Again, I'd cleared out my afternoon for them and they didn't have the courtesy to call me.about the **********************ian's delays. I had to call them. I did end up rescheduling yesterday, but cancelled today. What would happen Friday. Will I encounter the same problem? would they be responsive if there was a problem with the installation? How will they respond (if ever) should a warranty issue arise?Review from John H

We called this company last week to install 2 new swivel-adjustable LED lights into existing ceiling fixtures and install a LED dimmer switch. The electrician quoted $340 total for the service. The electrician installed the new lights and tested them for function. When he installed the new dimmer switch he found that it was defective. Total for the service .. discounted to $300. We acquired a new dimmer switch and called Mr Electric to send out someone to install the replacement dimmer switch. They were supposed to call when on their way. They didn't. First words out of the new electricians mouth were trying to sell us a "whole house plan". When we rejected that he tried to sell us a one-time checkup. We rejected that. Then he hemmed and hawed and decided that the charge to install the new dimmer switch would be $218 since we didn't have a "plan". So in the end instead of $340 the total was going to be $518 to install two LED lights and a dimmer switch. MAJOR LEAGUE RIP OFF !!! These people are shady as all hell .. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
