Feb 28th a man name **** arrived at our home to repair a washer and dryer stating he was from Appliance Doctor. I found this online with a number calling ***********. He did not take anything off the appliances but diagnosed that he needed a timer for the dryer and suspension rods for the washer. He had to order the timer but the rods we in stock. He sent a receipt for $431.72 and we paid him via check $215.00. I got in touch with him Wednesday, March 6 and he said he was still waiting on the timer and if it was not in by the next day he would come and fix the washer. We have yet to hear from him. The ********** has an answering service for Sears. There is another number where he left me a message on the day he was to arrive ********** and i left a message.I see from the comments that we are the victims of a scam which is disturbing. I would like my money backInitial Complaint

On 10/3/2021 AARC sent Steve out to our home to do the ProPane Conversion on our brand new Thermador range. That day Steve did not have all of the tools he needed so he came back a few days later. At that point he could not get some pieces apart, so he took a part off of our range and took it with him. Finally after several calls to AARC, Thermador, and NFM (Where we purchased the range and conversion kit) AARC sent Mike out to our home to "finish" the conversion on 11/1/2021. On that day Mike told me that everything was finished and we were good to have our propane company do the final test. I paid Mike $600 that day for the work that was completed. On Thursday, November 4 my propane company came out and tested the burners and 1 out of 6 burners failed inspection. Mike came back at on Monday 11/8/2021 and confirmed that Steve had put in the wrong Orifice in the 6th burner and that he would need to order the part. Later that evening he complained that he would have to order the entire conversion kit again to get the piece that Steve misplaced and that was $200 his cost. Since then Mike has only said he would check on it, but has not committed to fix the range or give me a portion of my money back so that I can hire another company to complete the job AARC failed at.
