I tried to install Windows on my MAC but was unsuccessful. The problem turned out not to be with the software but with my Laptop. Working with Jenna at Indigo Customer support we came to that conclusion. Jenna arranged to have the price of the software credited back to my card. This all happened in less than one day. Great customer support. Thanks

I purchased MS Windows 10 Pro from your company a few weeks ago. I hadn't had the time to just say thank you and how much I'm loving the software. The upgrade was such an easy and quick installation, and I've had no problems with it. Also the cost of the product was AWESOME! I am reaching out to say thank you for your support, Indigo on the Windows 11 purchase and follow-up installation on my newly built machine. Your teams willingness to go the extra step and have your technical team contact me is far beyond what I had expected. Your tech (Joe Frattura) spent 33 minutes with me working through the Windows 11 issues (e.g., BIOS Secure Boot, et al). Indigo's Jenna (Customer Service) also responded timely to my requests for assistance. Superior service for such a low purchase value is a credit to your business model. I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't wait to write this one! I have bought software online in the past, and almost always have problems. (Usually 'The key you have entered is already in use' error.) My Indigo Software experience was completely different. I had a small problem (on my end - not with Indigo,) and before I could send an email, I received a follow-up email asking if all went well. I contacted them, and in no time they got back to me with a solution! I have already bought more software from them, and, moving forward, If I need software, the FIRST place I'm looking is Indigo! I could not be happier with my purchases from them.
