The renovation on our pool was started in late June due to the Texas freeze. The pool was never fully completed. They started to fill it & stopped because the lights still needed to be put in. The thing is they didn't even have the lights! The pool pebble tech surface had just been done. When he realized he was going to have to order our lights he decided to go ahead and fill it anyway. By leaving the pool without water in it for a couple day's after it just had the surface done it caused it to crack when it was filled. So now we have a pool with cracking all over and no lights. **** ******* said the job would get done over and over up until a couple weeks ago and now he has chosen to ignore us. We paid him $39,000.00 in full. We paid for it, he should complete the job. If not then give us the monetary amount for surfacing the pool and the lights back. We have the estimate so we know much each section costs.
