I took my 2007 infinity to The Mouse Head to have an alternator installed on December 14. I received it back on December 17 which was a Saturday. My car repeatedly kept going dead on take off and in reverse. I called they told me to bring it back by which I did and they were always to busy and wanted me to leave it. I went early one morning to drop it off but the shop was closed his mechanics happen to show up and said the owner had a fever and wouldnt be in. I called repeatedly over the next few days and there was no answer. I just happened to be on ******** and learned ****** the owner had been arrested. He was jailed on close to a million dollar bond for a month. Once he was out I had to have my cat towed back over to his shop because his mechanic failed to properly tighten the water hose back after placing the alternator. I left my car there for 4 days and he never looked at it to see what his mechanic did wrong he stated he was behind because he had had personal problems and was trying to catch up on work mind you I had already paid him for a service that wasnt done correctly. I went and retrieved my car and it was just parked on the side in a line behind other car it was Saturday and the fact that he had been arrested didnt sit well and I didnt want to risk him getting locked back up and my car having to sit for 3 plus weeks as other cars had been there since before he got arrested. My car wont stay crunk this is a problem that had never happened before until they installed the alternator. I have another mechanic that can verify this, the mouse head also damaged the radiator while installing the alternator. If he wasnt qualified to put the alternator on I wish he would have told me instead of tearing up my only source of transportation. Im requesting that my money be refunded so I can take it to someone competent enough to repair it. Im also requesting towing feesCustomer response

I have spoken about a refund to no avail I have not spoken in regards to towing fees
