Paid this company 18,000 dollars to level my house. They also had to rip out old floors and replace them. I asked for additional tearout and floor replacement and they never gave me an itemized estimate of the new repair. But the real problem is that they would not remove all the trash, wood debris after their work. They want me to get rid of the trash myself..What kind of reputable company doesn't remove the debris after a job? Very disappointed and of course now they don't answer my messages about the itemized statement. DON'T use them unless you want junk on your property and no follow-ups by them.Initial Complaint

I used this company to do a lot of work on my house. One of the things they did was to add a new addition to the house. They also installed a metal roof on my home. Ten years later my roof is leaking. The insurance company examined the roof. The metal is fine, as it should be. The place where they, Gonzalez, put two parts of the roof together was not done correctly, and that is now leaking. The insurance declined to fix the roof so I contacted Gonzales House Leveling and explained the problem. A month later they showed up to inspect the roof, and said they would give me an estimate. I explained to them that the roof is not that old and should not be leaking, especially since it is a metal roof. Shoot, a regular roof should not have been leaking. They knew there was a problem with the way the roof was installed, but refused to remedy the problem. I was willing to pay for the repairs on the inside of the house caused by the leaking roof, I just expected them to fix the faulty joining to the roof. They refused. They refused to stand by what they built, which was a leaky roof. This company does not care about their reputation.
