In the beginning I was very happy with the company for actually giving my case the attention it needs once the company got involved and the state realized I was using the company as source to collect the child support owed to child its been a nightmare now. Now I never know which party has the ** check (Support ******** or the actual state) and the last ** check sent to me from Support ********, its bounced not only once but twice when I attempted to cash it in. Not to mention Ive had to reach out to this company several times just to received a simple answer in fact it takes days on end to receive a response from the company ******/***** from the ****** branch connected to this company is amazing but the company as a whole is most definitely NOT the best source to go to if you are wanting to seek out help with child supportReview from Jacob U

My child support case is closed and completely paid in full and this company is calling my friends and family and work place telling me I owe them money. The state says Im 100% paid in full. They are saying I owe them ******. They are saying the burden of proof that I dont owe the state ****** is on me. This is literally a scam. Do not interact with this company. Dont give them your information and definitely dont give them your social security number. They are a private debt collection agency that pretends to have legal papers on your case. Best of luck to anyone foolish enough to interact with these leeches. We should open a class action suit against them for harassment.Review from Dawn K

They took to much money from me, refused to give me a refund. When I went off payroll because of i had a work related injury, and my boss did not process my pay period. I paid the child support enforcement the amount of my child support I owed, minus the credit I had on my account. So, They took again an extra $100 from me that I was not legally obligated to pay out of my next check! To me, that is stealing. Especially, when they won't give you a refund back!
