I hired them to do work at my elderly parents home. They took pictures of their back yard and published them on their website without permission. I have ask them repeatedly to remove them and they ignore my request.Business response

On 03/22/2022 ******* from the Handyman Connection came to our home to replace a broken interior door. The replacement was purchased by us (the home owners) and was the exact measurements of the currently hanging door. When ******* left, the door had wet paint on it so we could not test it to make sure it closed. Upon later examination, the door does not close at all and ******* damaged the door trim, cracking and crushing it in several areas. We called the company for resolution and instead of fixing the poor job their employee did and honoring the workmanship guarantee stated on their website they instead claim the following:1. We purchased the wrong size door and told ******* to make it work despite warnings. This is false because we purchased the same size door that was previously there and NEVER gave ******* permission to make it work.2. Customer was unwilling to purchase the correct size door. This is false because we gladly would have purchased another door if ******* said the replacement was not going to work. I could have easily returned the replacement door and bought a new one if that was ever discussed, but it wasn't.3. Customer walked and signed off on the job and paid. Yes we paid because we couldn't even check the door since ******* had already painted it and it had wet paint.This company won't even send someone back out to make the repairs without charging more for the labor as well. They are refusing to take any responsibility. ******* is not a professional and didn't even clean up her work areas on the job. She left our home worse off than if she never came.Business response

We have contacted the client and have worked out a resolution.
As our warranty states, we will take care of any dissatisfaction that client has with our work.
