On 09/14/2021 and 05/16/2023, I put a deposit on my credit card of $360 towards a ragdoll kitten to hold a ragdoll kitten from sweetest kittens I had transport all lined up to pick up the kitten. ******* suddenly fell off the map and stopped returning my calls/emails/text. They tried to have me sign a contract - never signed it and I never paid another dime. I also never received the kitten nor any further communication. I have since then been emailing and calling this breeder constantly since then and have been completely ghosted and no one will return a msg. Suddenly on 05/04/2024 I received an invoice stating I owed almost $1100 for a cat I A.) never received B) Never had a contract for C) The money they stole from my account. They had actually tried to take $1,000 in 10/12/2023. I called and emailed them, and received no response again for months including up to today.. These people are criminals and come to find out have done this to several other people as well and those are still outstanding to be resolved. This is FRAUD at its finest and I will be also filing with the state and with the court. I have since found out, that I have been victim of a pretty common scam of people selling you a kitten, holding on to your credit card info, and waiting 6 months or a year when you have forgotten about them and think everything is fine, then they steal money from your account. I fully expect a refund of my money and there will be actions filed against this company. PURE DISGUSTING THEIVES, LIARS AND FRAUDS!

On May 18th of 2023, I put a deposit on my credit card of $100 to hold a ragdoll kitten from sweetest kittens in *****. They then drove the kitten up to me via a transport service which I had to pay for, and I paid cash in full for the kitten upon delivery. Fast forward to 8 months later, and I noticed that I was $500 short in my checking account. I called the bank, and discovered that sweetest kittens had skimmed $500 out of my account. They had actually tried to take $1,000, but since I did not have that much in my account, they took $500. I called and emailed them, and received no response. To make matters worse, I filed a fraud dispute with the bank, which for some reason denied my claim. I will be contacting the *** about that matter. These criminals must have forged documents that support their claim, is the only thing I can possibly think of. I have since found out, that I have been victim of a pretty common scam of people selling you a kitten, holding on to your credit card info, and waiting 6 months or a year when you have forgotten about them and think everything is fine, then they steal money from your account. The only consolation I have is that I got a wonderful little kitten, now cat, that we absolutely love.

We purchased a Ragdoll kitten from Sweetest Kittens in 5/2022 and received him a month later. The kitten was in good health. We complied with the contract requirements for neutering providing receipts via email as proof. In late June we purchased a second Ragdoll kitten for $**** and arranged financing from the breeder. There were several hold *** due to the kitten having a cough but we were assured it was treatable. Communication with the breeder became increasingly difficult with our questions about the new kittens health status going largely unanswered. In late September we received the kitten. Our vet determined he had Giardia and he was quarantined from delivery through treatment of the parasite. We alerted the breeder providing the invoices for medication and the retest seeking compensation as was promised in the contract. His neuter was done on 10/5/22 and an email was sent 10/6/22 with a record of this. The breeder offered us a discount to pay the first cat in full which we did on October 17, 2022. We were then charged $100 each month for November and December 2022 for the same cat we had already paid off. After several attempts at contacting the breeder she acknowledged one overcharge and said shed credit it to the other cat. I reminded her it was (2) charges but no response. In doing the math for the amount we financed (****) the medical bills owed to us (*****) and the (2) overcharges for a total of $200 we anticipated fulfilling our contract with a partial payment in September 2023. All these charges can be found on our credit card statements. We have been charged the full amount of $130 for 9/23, 10/23 and 11/23 and the breeder is now claiming we didnt show proof of neuter in time and are being charged an additional $800. I have the dated email where she was told in time. Communication with the breeder is almost impossible.

The attached screenshots are from your website and clearly list Sweetest Kittens as a company under Ragdoll Kittens and Cats.  Jessica Perry is the owner of all of them the phone numbers are all the same and if you follow the website link it will take you to Sweetest Kittens website with the same phone number.  She operates under many names probably to avoid the numerous complaints she's received.  There are currently 3 addresses I've found for the company one the two listed on your site and one in *********** *****.  They are all the same person operating them.  This is where I put my complaint on your website because all the info matched.  I don't know how they can just say "not us" without you seeing what's clearly listed on your own website and have that be enough to dismiss my complaint.

I purchased a munchkin ragdoll kitten named ****** from this criminal back in March of 2023 for $2300. Nevermind that he is NOT a rug hugger OR a miniature as I paid for and she sold him as.....or that both he and the cat my friend purchased through her arrived sick....No no, it gets worse.I purchased ******'s breeding rights with him and signed her Breeder Contract as I have an actual Mini Persian through ChristyPaws Persians (who I HIGHLY suggest) a female that I intended to breed which was the only reason for ******'s purchase.Fast forward to June, I attempt to use my bank card at a store and it declines. I investigate and find that this woman without cause or notice charged a new $500 to my account! I report this FRAUD to my bank and **** who are both currently investigating her now. I emailed her and received no response. My friend got a cat via this woman at the time I did (separate purchase, different card) and I find out she also tried to hit her for $500 but her card was empty at the time and it didn't go through. This morning I received word she just tried to hit my card for ANOTHER $500 today!!! She has reached Class A Misdemeanor status for theft in ***** and I as well as my bank and **** will be contacting authorities. I already sent word to my lawyer, I expect her to file a suit. This site is too good to be true. She is a kitten mill and a criminal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE NO MATER HOW CUTE OR CHEAP THESE CATS APPEAR!! AT BEST YOU'LL RECEIVE A SICK CAT THAT NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION AND THEN THIS THIEF WILL USE THE **** INFO YOU GAVE HER WHENEVER SHE NEEDS SOME CASH. I've emailed again but don't expect to hear back. What a joke. This place needs shut down, and if I can I will see it done. Poor animals. I will be calling all the possible animal help in her area as well so they can go investigate also. Sounds like this is pretty standard for her...Class Action anyone?

Purchaced two kittens from Ragdall Kittens and Cats between March and April 2021. At time of purchace I did not realize in the contract that I had to have my kittens neutered. Once in formed, I made an appointment with my Vet to have them neutered. This procedure was performed on March and April of 2022. Now Ragdall Kitten and Cats wants to charge a late fee of $550.00 for each of my two cats. I find this unacceptable and challenge this charge. I do not want to pay the fee of $1,100.

My kitten is dead. I fell into the trap of this business by purchasing one of their kittens under the pretense that if anything was wrong with them, you can always get another one. I picked my kitten in person, and from the literal second I laid my hands on it, he sneezed. The whole ride home he was sneezing. I took him to the vet immediately and was told it was a mild upper respiratory infection so I endured it, but I still email the breeder regarding this issue and copies of the receipts. They never answered back. I took my cat 2 more times to the vet in the following 2 months because every time it seemed he was getting better he would get worse. This was until I had to take him to the emergency vet not a full 2 months after I had gotten the kitty. The diagnosis was Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), lethal and completely untreatable by that point. He had to be put down. In less than 2 months I had spent almost $3000 (not including the price of the kitten or gas) to keep that cat alive, a cat that was doomed form the moment I got him. 3 different veterinarians told me the same thing, there was nothing I could have done from the beginning, I did everything right by him but he still would have died. I have emailed again with these news and the medical record and euthanasia records, still no answer. But they still send me emails about how their kittens are 50% off now. I did not do my due diligence doing a check on this business, as I bought the kitten in a moment of grief. My previous cat had disappeared and I was hurting, so I got him, only to be hurt even worse by the whole experience. Do not support this business.

I bought a kitten from ************* last May. The communication with Serena was sketchy, but we ended up with our kitten. Upon pickup, it was very clear that the cat was very sick. He had mucus running out of his nose and was vomiting and had diarrhea. He was immediately diagnosed with a GI tract infection. I reached out to Serena to inform her on what was going on and she suggested that they NEVER had this issue before and that they would take him back and give us a new one. I thought that was horrible and refused to do so. Since getting him last June, he's been sick on and off. Today, our vet told us that he will always be sick as he has bad genetics due to poor breeding. He insisted that I'd we had given Mister back to the breeder, they would have immediately put him down. The vet informed us that Mister won't have a long life, and will eventually need to see a specialist. I think it's ridiculous that they charged us $4000 for a cat they know will not have a full life. I've reached out several times to let her know about his ailments and am either ignored or gaslit into feeling bad for accusing her for poor breeding habits.
