They lost my dog! I boarded my two pups there. We tried them out for a day and all was well, we received pictures and updates. We decided to leave them there for a night and at around 8:30 my wife said, she never heard anything so she decided to text Tiffanee. She received a casual response saying your dog escaped 3.5 hours ago, we’re trying to find him! After my wife got off the phone in absolute tears, I called Tiffanee and she kept, saying well what would you like me to do, I asked her to call me every 30 minutes with updates. I asked her why they didn’t call us, she said she did, of course that was after my wife texted her! Was I pissed off? Yes. Did I use some foul language? Yes. I called James at 12:45AM and there wasn’t much talk about the dog but rather the fact that I yelled and cussed at his wife, then the man that runs a dog boarding service that lost my dog said I should be more professional, I assume he doesn’t know what irony is. I told him my daughter was driving from Austin to pick up our other pup as he obviously could not be trusted with the life of an animal. He tells me they open at 7AM even though they live there. I asked him numerous times and he said he just couldn’t take the chance of waking his family. My family and friends have been out scouring the neighborhood since first light. Didn’t find the dog and never saw anyone from Lone Star out looking either. They did hang posters though. Sadly since I am going to take as much legal action as the law will allow James has refused to speak with us. We also learned today which they forgot to tell us that both our dogs escaped their facility but they got one back. Had they called immediately and showed compassion I would have understood but it was their defensiveness and”apparent” attempt to hide this as long as they could that pushed me over the edge. My family is absolutely heartbroken.

Hello Tony, As we have told your family many times, we are very sorry for this situation and all the stress and grief it caused. We do not board escape artist, but unfortunately due to no negligence on our side or your family's side, since your pup had only been taken outside on a leash while at home, we did not have the knowledge that he was an escape artist in advance. We are very grateful that the expenses and countless hours that we spent to find your pup was successful and that we could facilitate his safe return home. But again, we are very apologetic for the two weeks of stress, not knowing where he was. We are very happy that there was a happy ending due to our efforts
