01-25-2023 ordered bombshell pants, order # #***** pant received, but size needed to be exchanged. Returned pants back to them for size exchange, they received on 4-10-23 per delivery confirmation via UPS. Corresponded with them online & via Gmail with Customer Service numerous times. The business phone # is disconnected now, no way to discuss issue other than email/webpage. They promise to resolve, but nothing ever happens. At this point, I want to complain about their unethical business behavior & want my money back. Thanks.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of pants online just before Christmas. They were never delivered. Every time I emailed to check on status, I received a canned reply that they would check with the warehouse and let me know. I finally asked for a refund tio my order ****. No reply. Advised I was going to discuss unethical business practices with my District Attorneys office and finally received a reply. They offered a different color and a free jacket. I advised I did not want either. I go to their website site and enter my order number. ****. Try it using my email address and you ‘ll get a reply that it does not exist. All my emails are now returned stating they are no longer forwarded to staff. I am blocked on their FB page. I have copies of all my correspondence with them. It’s a scam or they take money without having the product they advertise they are sellingInitial Complaint

I purchased 3 pairs of pants from this company; now relabeled and relocated as Bombshell Outdoor Pants, ** ***** **** ****, ***** **, Lindon, UT 84042. After months of negotiations about the delay with shipping the pants I ordered (buy 2, get 1 free as advertised), I finally received the order, and all the sizes were absurdly small. I returned the pants the very next day, according to the return policy on the "company's" website and instructions via a representative from the website support at support@bombshellpants.com I have reached out multiple times in multiple ways and keep hearing that I'll hear back from them.....yet never do. This company needs to be criminally charged!!! This is robbery!Initial Complaint

I made my Online order for two pairs of Men's Bombshell Outdoor Soft Summit Pants 2.0 They offered a Get one Free when buying two taking the order from $269.85 to ******. During that time my bank froze my account after payment was made and re-issued me a new pair of Debt and AMEX Cards due to a breach. After weeks of waiting I was informed my order would be late by one week, That week came and went then I was told one more week. I asked over the phone and online via email to cancel my order and refund my money. They said that as of October 25th they had refunded me, but that never happened because the payment never went through because they tried to refund to a card that was no longer valid. I had to call multiple times and finally talk to a rude man who said I was wrong but had to wait and use PayPal or some other online way to refund. I mentioned ***** and he said fine, then after I sent him the request for a refund via ***** he then made excuses for why he could not use Zelle. I then Opened a PayPal Account and he finally sent a test deposit of $0.50 which I confirmed. I then sent back a request for the remainder of the refund and he went Silent. I'm told his name is *** but I doubt that is his real name. What now? I've held short of reaching out to the **** A/G Office and leveling a lawsuit. I have told him I recorded calls between us and have copies of all emails.Initial Complaint

Thru Wild Gear co I Purchased 2 pair of bombshell pants , one in grassywood camo , one in oak wood. I received 2 of the same grassywood camo from Kuhlpants company Order # ****. I want to return one pair. I contacted Wild Gear company who then said I need to call Kuhl company. Called Kuhl and they could not help me because merchandise was purchased through Wild Gear. So now neither co wants the responsibility of a return item. These pants are 89.95 please help. Contact Susan at *************************Initial Complaint

On 12/6/21 I ordered product from the Summitskins.com website totally around $190 USD. I did not receive a confirmation on the order and cannot get any information from the website. I have entered information on their “contact us” area of their website and have not received and corespondents back. I am afraid that this may be a bogus website and company. I want to cancel my order and get my money back.
