I would like to file a complaint against KT Tape; 584 ****************************************************************I purchase their product when there are sales, so I am ordering at least 5 boxes and I do not always use them right away. I am now opening a shipment that I ordered and was delivered on June 5. I ordered 5 boxes and the tape is defective. The perforated strips do not tear, you must cut them and the tape has no elasticity/stretch. I emailed once from my Gmail account, twice from another email account and called 3 times and left a message with no response.The order number is *****: lot # STSG220515M-LD1 (on all 5 boxes). I have 4 unopened boxes and 1 opened. All I want is a refund for the 4 unopened boxes or an exchange of 4 good boxes.No response from this company should be unacceptable.Please advise.Business response

We are working directly with ****** through our customer service team, via email, to resolve this issue for her. We will be refunding or replacing the product for her, depending on her preference.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I received return label 9/18 and shipped back 4 packages on 9/19. I cannot close the case until exchange is received or I receive a refund. I have been corresponding with them thanks to the BBB for their help, but I do not feel that I can close until this is finalized.

We are working directly with ****** to resolve the issue. The issue is complicated by the use of multiple email address by the consumer. We will be shipping out a replacement to them today. I am rejecting this response because:I have not received the replacement. The tracking number given to BBB is my return. The email address did not slow this issue down, but 1 day. Here is the response from KT Tape. No tracking number, just should be shipped soon.
I will not close until I receive the replacement tape.
