      I was watching a video promoting keto weight loss gummies which offered 1 free bottle. I couldn't find out how to get the free bottle but I filled in the info to buy 3 bottles, including my credit card #, had second thoughts, did not hit the order button, left the website and sent them an email asking about a money back guarantee. A couple days later I received an email saying my products had been shipped and I received 2 bottles of a detox product and 6 bottles of gummies. I never received a reply about the guarantee but started to take them anyway. About 3 weeks later I received 6 more bottles of gummies. I called (number found on my credit card statement) and was told I signed up for a subscription which I did not. I asked to return everything and was told it was past the 30 day mark and I could not. This is a scam company. Credit card statement says Peak Med Lab, UT, ###-###-#### but I could not find them on the internet and they refused to give me their address so I could write to the president and the only name on the bottles are "Dist by Slim Plus, Norcross, GA". They allowed me to return the 6 "subscription" bottles which cost $239.99 but said they would only refund $119. That's their policy, I was told. I am distraught. I'm 78 years old and apparently are not aware of how these internet companies cheat people. I think I've learned my lesson. Please help me.

      went to national auto plaza too buy a car was there all day finally bought a car. the end of febuary 2021 a few days after getting the car i started having problems with the car! called the dealer was told to bring it in and they would look at it gave me a loaner car got a all saying nothing is wrong with the car took it home still had the same issues called dealer again and a number of text was told to take it back in the sales guy mike drove my car said definitally something wrong told me not too worrie he would get it fixed let it again for a few days got a call to go pick it up was told nothing wrong with the car i said no way it definitally has some issues and i want it fixed so i went back to the dealer on 04-20- 2021 spent over 5 hours at the dealer all they did was give me the run around ! nothing happened with fixing my car they told me its my problem now and as of a few days ago i have no car the engine went out in my car i have barley had this car for two months and they dont want to do anything to fix it

      I brought my 2013 Tesla Model S into the shop to replace the 3G modem with a 5G modem, a repair that was required to continue using the car maps, music, safety features, etc. They charged $215.50 for the repair and when we received the car back the touch screen, which they removed to replace the modem, was damaged. We brought the car back to Tesla and the service manager said he was 100% certain that they did not cause the problem. I asked him ho the could be 100% certain and he said because this is a problem that can happen with age to some vehicles. They offered to repair the damage that they caused, at a cost of $790.79. I asked for his name and he would only give me a first name, Gabriel. I asked to speak with his boss and he said that I could not speak with his manager, but he could share my concern to see if his boss could call me back. I asked for his boss' name and number. He replied "Ricky" and "he doesn't have a phone number". When I asked for his last name, he said his name is "just Ricky". I haven't received a call back.

      Skybell malfunctioned and Northstar stated they would send new bell. New bell is rectangular. Old skybell was round. Rectangular bell does not fit around pipe that houses the wires that attach to bell housing. If we use the rectangular model, we have to patch and stucco. So we have NO skybell operational. Our 3 yr contract charges us for skybell within $59.99 monthly payments. We asked for skybell to be removed from $59.99 since we do NOT have a skybell that is operational. We can't cancel 3 yr contract because of penalties. We are senior citizens and I have called 4 times so far. One salesperson told me to find someone she could talk to that understands computers!

      on 1/3/2022 furnance quit called Daniels plumbing and heating **** * ******* ** vernal ut. serviceman found needed inducer motor. came with motor installed in 15 min. bill one service call $85,00. then flat fee of $442.50.feel that should have been informed up front. that is excess charge. refused to even offer refund any amount. think should have at least $200.00 refunded

      Tvidler Ear Wax Cleaner claims to have a 30 day money back guarantee and a customer satisfaction guarantee, to which it is refusing to honor. After purchasing their product, which claimed to remove all ear wax from the ear canal, I found that it did not remove any in my ear. I then used a Q-Tip to do so, and found I had a lot. Upon finding their product to be defective and not do what it claims, I contacted Marie Cloie B. (part of the Tvidler Ear Wax Cleaner Customer Support Team; support@tvidler.com) wherein she informed me that, "If you wish to return your product, please let us know if the product is unused, in the manufacturer’s condition and if the packaging is still intact. And please be reminded that we only accept unused items." When I let her know that the product was used (the only way I could determine it did not do what they claim) she offered 15% of my money back. I feel this company's product does not do what they claim, their 30 day money back guarantee is false, and their customer satisfaction guarantee is false. Any help you can provide to help this business be more ethical would be appreciated.

      On August 15 I went to the establishment called VCL ELECTRONIC to change the braking system of my Ford Fusion vehicle, red color, plates. Mr. Luis V**** attended me, a few days later I returned to pick up the car and I noticed that the brakes were not fixed, so I returned to Mr. V**** and he confirmed me that he would be checking the brakes again. 10 days passed and I have not yet received an update on the car situation. I texted Mr. V**** but he never replied to me, I even called him several but did not receive an answer. Since I have not hear from him I went to his shop. I spoke with Mr. Luis Valle, who informed me that in his opinion the car's brakes were very good, we went for a ride together so he could show me the brakes were in good conditions but, I realized, that the brakes weren't. At this point I must comment that my vehicle has a Dash cam installed so, in any case of an emergency or any situation needed, I could have evidence of the situation. The camera usb electric connector of the Dash camera was disconnected but they accidentally turn it on, this is how I found out that there was a recording of them using my car on August 18, from 7 pm to 3 am. When I inquire Mr. V**** about the matter, he denied it at first but when confronted with the evidence he admitted to having committed the act and justified himself by saying that it was part of the brakes test. From that conversation via text I have the screenshots. To this day I have not received the money I paid him for fixing the brakes
