Vive approved me for $600.00 credit limit card about 2 months now they send letter that they closed my account and they didn't have a reason for it and said for ** to pay remaining balance what kind of credit card company does this. I make my payments on time to them. This company is not legit and seems like a scamReview from Michele B

If I could give them 0 star I would. If you are thinking about getting the vive MasterCard DON'T!i worked so hard to get my credit back and on track and I did that until I got the vive MasterCard they have ruined my credit rating because they have lied non stop closed my account saying at first it was fraud blocked from the website for weeks then sent me a letter saying they didn't like how I used the card I only used 200 dollars on the card and they closed it so now they have reported that I closed it and no I didn't make a payment because I only had the card for a few weeks and they are trying to stick me a 99 dollar annual fee for a card I didn't have for a month because they decided to close the account. Stay far away from that company seems like they give you credit let you use the card a couple of times just to scam you into that annual fee. So now my credit score is dropping because of them!!!!!!!!Review from Allison J

Zero stars. Ive made more payments than I am supposed to and half of them bounce even though I have the money in my account, then Im charged 41 dollars for a payment that should have gone through. The customer service is -10 out of 5 stars. They ****. I have no idea why my payments bounce when the moneys in there. Im charged a return fee of 41 dollars. Every 3 days Im charged ***** in interest fees. I have paid ******* and made EXTRA payments yet my account is in the NEGATIVE. Its a scam. Total scam. Im not paying another payment and letting this go to collections. At least collections wont s**** over. My account hasnt had more than ***** as a positive balance in it when it should have *******!! Theyre A SCAM. DONT GET THIS CARDReview from William M

Theyre saying, I took a credit card with Bobs furniture which I did not. They took it off my credit report then put it back on and now they wont stop calling me. I asked them for proof and they told me I had to do all of that. I said I didnt take the credit card out you approved it show me my signature, she hung up on me. Im done with these people, but its my credit report.Review from Susan M

My husband got a credit card from them and used it a few times before they decided to put a hold on it. When he called them, they told him that they need all of this identification to prove that he is who he is. This because he was unable to scan the back of his driver's license. It's not like we are taking out a mortgage on a house. So, he is going to just pay off his card and be done with them. It's not worth the hassle.Review from Linda O

Wish I could give zero stars for the review but it will not allow me to do that. Received a letter from this company saying my request for a revolving line of credit was not approved but I never asked for credit from this company nor would I. I have never heard of this but from the reviews I read before posting my review, they are a horrible company! Not sure if it is a scam letter or someone using my identity to try to get credit. I got approved for a Vive Mastercard on August 1, 2024. It is August 22, ******************************************************** a bill and added themselves to my credit report but I never seen a card. When I called customer service they said they are backed up with sending cards out. I am ready to cancel them and move them off of my credit report. This is very unprofessional.Review from Angela H

I would give them 0 stars I paid my payments on time and more then what was asked and find out they cancel my account for no reason what's so ever .. and when I called customer service they couldn't give me answer why it was canceled.. this is the most ridiculous company.. stay away from them seriously!Review from Kristen T

Approved for vive MasterCard on May 27.have made 3 payments of about ****** to cover annual fee.have not received my card as of August 15.numerous calls to customer service haven't helped.supposedly have sent 4 cards to my Po box,but I've received none.they are now wanting to blame the post office but I've had same box for over 20 years with no issues
