Ive got to tell you if I ever read the reviews about this place I never would have left my car in their care. I asked my insurance company *********** why they would ever have them as a preferred vendor. They said they are not. Its was just a place they handled regional hail damage estimates. I certainly hope they broke ties with them. The amount the incompetence is breathtakingI asked them jokingly if this is the first car that they ever fixed hail damage onobviously not!well let me tell you its not that obvious. From the initial estimate to the time I finally picked up my vehicle was 6 months. Every excuse in the book why they could just get the basic business operations down. Communication is the key.apparently they are permanently locked out. What would Larry H Miller think? Not to much but embarrassment for selling his good name to this corporate group of clowns. My estimate went from $11k to $19k by the time it was finished. Timely manner is not a concept they understand. Took them 8 weeks to get it finished. The finished product is great and hats off to the repair staffthey obviously know what they are doing. We appreciate the feedback one manager told me and they are dealing with their own personal wreck of a businessI think it maybe totaled at this point. Take the settlement.

Absolutely 1000% the worst experience in my life involving a car. I bought a CERTIFIED, used, 2020 ******* Santa Fe with approx 40k miles. This was literally 25 FREAKIN DAYS ago. Thurs Oct 24th. I have had this car running for exactly 1 day. Took my gf to her dad's in ********. That's it. It's been in the shop twice already, and I JUST dropped it off for the THIRD TIME. They have had the car more than I have!!! Every single individual i have come in to contact with except **** ****, has had a sideways attitude. ALL of em. I actually had one employee actually say to me "they saw you comin'". No lie. Then...two days ago on Saturday when I called to tell them the car i bought was YET AGAIN out of commission with check engine light and little power, some slimey salesman actually saw my utterly unacceptable situation...as an opportunity to UPSALE ME!! LOL. I'm loosing my mind here!! I saved the text!! Why in gods name would I wanna give you ANITHER 10 grand, when the 20 k i already handed you bought me literally...a useless pile of plastic and metal. This place is un be LIEVABLE. Run. Run from tjis place as fast as you legs can take you. I pray I come out of this somehow with a working vehicle. I'll be lucky to have a golf cart with how things have gone so far.

Took my 2022 Taos SEL in Saturday with 25k miles and was told I needed to spend ****** to replace rear brake pads and rotors. Known issue that ** extended to 24k miles. I had my car in at 15k miles and from the report my pads then were wearing at almost 50% of the front. Service said nothing worry about and though it was clear now that I read the service report there was already an issue service did nothing even though ******* would have been paying for this. I was told can check into it next time though that meant Id be at 1k miles past what they extended the warranty for but again I wasnt really told much to make me inquire more. This is very deceptive behavior and how many of us are paying for manufacturing fails on ** part and fact service department didnt tell me more than all good at 15k and maybe hey Id bring it in before 24k as again report already showed my pads were defective. Ill be filing with attorney state general this isnt ok and as an **** owner and ** owner I expect more from the customer service side. I tried to call the service manager and voicemail full - left voicemail for general manager and no call back.

Awful customer service in the service department and with the **. I expect to be overcharged when I go to the dealership, but this place is exceptional at it. Took my truck in for a check engine light, they kept the truck for 3 days and all the did was turn the light off and charged me $230. I was told by the service **** that it would cost another $1600 to get to the bottom of the problem, plus parts. I left a 1- star review for them and was contacted by the **, who sent me the following in an email:"We have gone through a few leadership changes and with this it has created a little bit of bad behaviors that we have been uncovering and addressing when we do get communication back so for this message I am extremely grateful as I can now address this and overcome it".So basically you admit that I was ripped off, but you're not going to do anything about it, gee thanks! This place is a grade A ripoff joint, trying to milk every dollar they can out of hard working people.

I feel I am just another of many customers upset that I'm having to pay them money for things that should have been inspected and fixed before I purchased the vehicle. It had no refrigerant in it (no leaks, **** no refrigerant) and I had to pay for diagnostic and fix because "I didn't tell them sooner." I got the vehicle in March and when I tried to get it done in April they didn't have the part they needed to diagnose. Whatever. Now I have another bill due to air in my break lines, something they blamed on the previous owner. I absolutely feel I shouldn't have had to deal with either if these issues had they done a proper inspection before selling the vehicle. They also sold me the warranty with the impression it would cover anythingthat impacted my ability to drive, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I don't know how I'm going to deal with this because I don't trust that place anymore.

if I could go to zero stars I would, I thought I could trust larry h miller it's where I got my car in the first place you've had my jeep since last Friday to figure out I needed a new primary and aux battery as well as a new starting relay and the cost has now reached ***** dollars and will probably be even higher at pickup because you still haven't finished with it do not bring your car here I believe I'll even have to lodge a complaint with the BBB this is simply unacceptable for what my car needed they have taken this long on purpose so they can charge me as much as possible for labor im sickened by this entire interaction. I'm also going to lodge a complaint with the division of consumer protection of utah.

Customer BEWARE! This dealership will NOT take responsibility for any damage or theft of your property while it is under their care, custody, and control. Would you like to know more? I'm a local business owner who needed a potential warranty service for one of our fleet vehicles. (electrical problems with one of our 2018 RAM diesel service trucks) On October 7th 2024 one of our employees dropped our service truck off at the Larry H. Miller dealership on **********. Their task was to troubleshoot and fix the electrical issue, which they did. However when the service was completed they stored our service truck in unsecure part of their lot. When we went to pick up the vehicle on October the 11th, we had discovered that the service body (tooling and equipment boxes) were broken in to by force, and $7000 worth of tooling and equipment were stolen. Our employee has verified that all valuables and equipment were locked away and secured in the service body of the vehicle. When we found out of the theft, we immediately filed a police report. Then tried to call Larry H. Miller for details for the police report and insurance filing. At all requests to speak with the service manager or general manager were denied and ignored. We had left multiple voice mails, with no reply or acknowledgement. The only person we were able to talk too was a service advisor that had told us that Larry H. Miller is NOT responsible for any damages or stolen customer property while your vehicle is under their care, custody, and control. Please beware when leaving your vehicles overnight, this is NOT a secure facility that would safe guard you from potential theft. In fact, their lack of on premise security, or secure storage abilities would probably make this a target for thieves. BUYER BEWARE!

What a rip-off. The worst Services center I have ever been to. I had towed my 2014 Jeep Cherokee behind my RV from FL. to visit my sons in Westminster, CO. When we got there the Jeep battery was dead. I had to take the Jeep out of the Neutral tow position to get it in gear. It did sound right when I shifted into Drive, so I had it towed to Mr. Millers service center. I asked them to replace the battery and check the transmission and that maybe the computer just need rebooted. They had it for over a week and sent me a list of 16 different things that needed fixed at a cost of over $23,000.00. with the transmission being one at $12,000. There was only 33,000 miles on it, and I had never had any problems with it. First, they said the transmission needed a valve body, then it was bad transmission fluid, then metal chips in it. At first, I said OK then after I talked to some other mechanics, I told them to forget that I'm coming in to pick up my Jeep. We got the jeep and there was nothing wrong with the transmission. I was able to drive it back to FL no problem. Problem was they charged me $1100 restock for the transmission and put my motor mounts in it that I didn't approve. Total was $3851.75. What a bunch of BS. Next step I plan on calling the local news to see if they will do a store on how crooked this place is and hopefully save some others from getting ripped off.

Take your car somewhere else. I have never been treated with so much disrespect from a place I'm spending money at. Their work is shadier than the crack head shop. It took they 3 tries and 10 months for them to fix a Jeep that should have been in and out of the shop in 3 weeks max. All of their staff is incompetent. Office staff, reception, adjusters, mechanics. All of them. I have actually never had an experience this bad at a shop before. Please for your own sake go to a different shop. Do not go here.
