When system was setup, we were given no information if there was a problem with system. Local ************* did a annual inspection and provided written information that system is not working, and hasn't for some time, I thought it was power company raising costs! I sent emails to the people from Solstice whom sold system and have not received a reply. We have never been provided any monitoring information from SolarEdge, except that we needed to spend more money to upgrade modem. I bought a $50K system and feel as Solstice was a Fly by ******************* What can I do to get problem fixed? The system is still under warranty per my paperwork. Any help on whom to contact to fix and send bill to Solstice or court action would be very much appreciated.Business response

Hello, unfortunately during the pandemic we had to close our doors and are no longer in business. We did have an ***** partner that we worked with during your install that will be able to check your monitoring and help trouble shoot your system to determine what is happening and find a solution.
