We have had leaky windows on our main floor since September ****************************************************************************************************************************** June 2022. We immediately contacted Tiffany Homes and **** Warranty and asked for support and to fix our leaky windows. Ever since then, we have been given the run around to get them fixed and each claims its not their responsibility even though we were in warranty. We are desperate for help. We are constantly cleaning up water and our baseboards are all warped from water damage.Business response

The best way for ********************* to have this looked at again is via the **** home warranty she recieved from the builder when she pruchased her home. They have an arbitration section of the warranty they can utilize for this type of situation.
We have provide remedy to the ********** on some of these issues only for them to come back. Our superintendent ****** had them on the schedule for mid March **** so that the dry weather could come.
We can either wait unit then or they can utilize the **** arbitration avenue.
