Zero support after performing an improper installation. OK3 replaced the radar with a newer model in a Piper Meridian we recently purchased. The radar worked for one week after we took possession before failing. I contacted OK3 and was told they knew exactly what the issue was but refused to offer a solution. They directed me to take it to a Piper dealer. What service, we did it but take it elsewhere to have it repaired. After paying a Piper and Garmin dealer for numerous hours of research, they determined that neither Piper nor Garmin had ever installed this radar in this dome. In other words, OK3 had no information stating this system was compatible. It was an experiment that failed almost immediately and they refuse to stand behind their work. Garmin warranted the radar which they no doubt would have denied had they known about the installation. However, the radar is still unusable because it continues to hit the inside of the dome. The Piper dealer stated the proper installation needs to include a new radome system which will be over $25,000. OK3 absolutely refuses to accept responsibility for their failed experiment.
