I ordered the FIXD item and received on 5-3-24. I NEVER opened or downloaded the item. I sent email request for refund label (all attached). After a few days I received the return label by email, sending the item back on 5-24_24. The ONLY refund I received was for $21.24, but my account was charged $99.99 after the request. They are now telling me they a won't refund the 99.99 they charged me for a year's subscription that I didnt even activate. I clearly requested refund within the 30 day window. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and I want my money back. Received 5-3-24 and within DAYS requested refund. FINALLY got return label by email and sent back on 5-24-24 WELL within the 30 day window, UNOPENED AND NOT DOWNLOADED OR ACTIVATED BUT CHARGED. needless to say i am very angry. On December 25, 2023 I was charged $69.99 for a renewal of the fixd app. Upon seeing the price increases I immediately cancelled subscription. I was then told in subsequent emails I would not receive a refund. I have not used the app since and prior to the increase in price I never received a warning that the cost would be what it was. I cannot believe this is an acceptable policy in which I cancelled a subscription for the up coming year and cannot get a refund.
