Very disappointed with this company. They were in a big hurry to do work and ended up installing my pump incorrectly even though they said they could install it. The installer was even asking my neighbors how to install the pump to the well the right way.And even though the ******* over my job was communicating back and forth through text and phone calls, their warranty guy claims they only communicate and do work through email. That is a lie. So when I tried to call and text the ******* to come fix the damage their installers caused to my pump, he never responded. I then proceeded to call their office and the secretary told me that their warranty person would contact me and if he didnt by the end of the week then I needed to call her back the following Monday. He never reached out and I had to call them Monday, in which he finally emailed me, and explained he was on vacation. Because, I could not get a hold of him and I have spent a lot of money on my landscaping, and needed to water new trees and plants, I had to have another company come out and fix the pump and the plumbing to it.The filter was installed the wrong direction, so it was not filtering the crude from the water and was sending it up to my pump. In fact, the pump was ***** full of mud and c*** when another company took it apart. The foot valve was installed with no way to drain water completely, so it froze and exploded in the winter. They did not completely winterize my pump and left water in it and it cracked the case. They tried to lie and tell me it was my fault because I did not detach the pump but there is a shut off valve from the well so it doesnt need to be detached. It would never get water up into it unless I opened the valve. They also tried to tell me that the foremans phone number that I had been communicating with last year had changed, but then back tracked his answer.I am disappointed with their unwillingness to fix their mistakes.

I would have had no problem coming out and looking at your issues. My email is at the top of the contract and I never heard from you. Having another company come out and repair it then sending us the bill isn't how it works. Your pump was different than the standard pump, and that is why I told you that you need to purchase the pump yourself and we would install it. I told you I've never installed a pump for a well, and you told me to install it like your neighbors. I did that. Your pump was installed correctly, and I can't verify that the filter was put on wrong because you already had the work done by another company before I found out about it. Your pump should go inside during the winter months. You called us on a Friday and we are closed on Friday's. I can't warranty something that you had another company repair! I would have inspected it and if I found that it was our error then I would have replaced it. The amount you were asking to be compensated for was unjust. The pump I would not have covered, but I would have repaired the mistake to the filter if there was one. If you'd like to come up with a fair resolution then I'm open to go over it with you. You have my email.

I dont know where you get your information about the pump needing to be detached. That is incorrect, and that is why a water shut off valve from the pump to well is installed. It is impossible to get water in there once the valve is shut, but it needs to be drained when winterized, which your company did not do. Superior Outdoors can attest to the filter being on wrong, just call them and and ask for ***** to explain it to you. I tried getting a hold of someone multiple times, and yes I decided to have a company another company come give me a second opinion about the pump install, because it hasnt even been installed a year and I was already having issues with it. When superior came out they showed me all the things done wrong and I lost complete trust in your company, but I still tried to get a hold of the main project manager I continually did business with over texts and phone calls. He never answered my text or phone call, so I called your office and was told your warranty guy would get a hold of me and if he didnt, then I needed to call back in a week. So even though Superior started to fix it, and because I couldnt wait and I really needed water for my expensive trees and plants, your company never responded in a timely manner, forcing me to have Superior finish the work and reinstall the pump after the third time I tried to get a hold of someone. The way your guy installed the foot pump would never ever been correct and would have froze and broke every year. It needs a valve below it to drain it. I have proof of all this and you guys wont even try to make part of it right. You would think you would talk with the other company to investigate the truth and understand your companies communication is very confusing, because on the one hand I have a warranty guy telling me you only do business via email, but then on the other hand I had a manager all last year texting and emailing me about business affairs, including asking for more money, and winterizing my system. Lets not forget your warranty guy tried to lie and tell me Skylers number had changed, which is not true. So where does the truth start and end.
