I was contacted on 02/23/24 by Nina G********* on WhatsApp ###-###-####. She gave me details about the prospective job and walked me through the stages of signing onto the Disruptive-Grow.com website and funded my initial set of optimization tasks. The scheme was providing "clicks" on merchants' online shopping platforms. I would earn a small profit on each transaction and a daily salary when you completed online tasks for 3 consecutive days. The deposit + profit were withdrawn after each set of tasks was completed. There was a chance in each set of tasks of getting a "Combo" product, which was a set of 2-3 products processed with a single click. At that moment, all funds were used and a negative balance created. To continue with the task set, I was required to deposit additional funds to cover the negative balance. I was able to successfully complete three sets of tasks at entry level VIP1 depositing 100 USDT (all amounts are in USDT) and withdrawing the profit and deposit each time. On the third set of tasks on 2/14, I deposited 1500 and encountered a total of five combos. I kept depositing funds to cover the negative balances. Once I had the entire negative balance deposited, i was informed that I had to deposit a Reputation Recovery Fee before I could withdraw. Once that was deposited, I was given misleading instructions on how to do a split withdrawal. I was informed that there would be an additional fee to "fix" my account. At this point, I was provided a Guarantee Letter from Disruptive Advertising. They wanted an additional fee to fix my data. I made 18 deposits totaling 154,956.99 and received 6,322.48 in withdrawals between 2/14/24 and 3/5/24.

Spent over a year with Disruptive Ad Agency and they increased my cost per conversion 500% and charged my 2K to find another client. We went from $50 per CPA to $240 CPA They started out OK, that lasted about 6 months, but then the work got sloppy and slow. When we started, they would provide multiple creatives for us to review relatively quickly (a few days). Then that tuned into a few weeks. I cancelled at the end of the month, 2 days after the last charge. I requested that they keep the fee for those 2 days and then just refund me the rest. They said No (which I expected) when I asked why they said they need it for the off-boarding process which included sending me all of the ad creatives (which I never received) and to “Give us (Disruptive) time to replace that lost revenue”. That email is attached. This is what typically happens, they throw resources at the project, they get some results, but when those results start to get worse, they can’t pivot. Now since they can’t scale, they put less resources on your account. BTW. I was told I would receive my creatives (that I paid for) after termination…but because I didn’t get on a call with Nate Dredge from Disruptive…he refused to send them over…and still kept my 2K. I’ve been advertising online in this space for 20 years they’re not the worst…but they’re just typical.

We hired them to manage google ads and facebook ads for our e-commerce store. We terminated the engagement after 30 days. I asked for refund, and they rejected. After signing, there're only weekly sync up meetings. The first week is onboarding meeting, and meeting with the team. Week 2 is strategy meeting that's filled mostly with high level template slides, and Week 3 is streagy review with only 2 slides for the facebook ads (1 slide for really simple creative demos, and the other slide for campaign structure as their strategy). Their facebook ad strategy is so amatuer that they are proposing the same set of creatives for each funnel. After week 3, the facebook ad manager had some family urgent matter then just disappeared in communications. At the end of the engagement, facebook ad strategy was never revised, hence never aproved. None of the facebook ads were run. And they rejected my request of refund. On the google ad side, that's where their 150-people-agency's business originally built on. My google ad manager said she had 9 years experience managing google ads. They should be good. So after waited for 3 weeks, although I still had concerns about their google ads settings, I was ready to give it a try - after all i naively thought we gonna start running ads and making big money from day 1, and by then it was already 3 weeks gone with nothing. We ran ads in week 4, and over the course of 8 days, it was $2k ad spend, with zero sales. To give you a benchmark, before signing with them, I experimented with google ads myself for three weeks, and I got $2.6k ad sales with $2.4k ad spend. They get ZERO. Then I got confused, is it the lack of expertise, or the lack of commitment? They charged me $3,500 for the first month of facebook ad management, where they spent the first three weeks to develop the amatuer plan, and disappeared in the forth week. And charged me the same $3,500 for the first month of google ads management, which generated ZERO ad sales with $2k ad.
