I ordered a number of items from the Brandless outlet. I didn't receive two of them. Even though they were small items, I didn't feel it was right to pay for something and not receive it. I texted them and got a response. It went back and forth, with it left at I didn't get the items I ordered and the person I was texting with would follow up. Time goes by and I forgot about it. When I was prompted again by texts from them to follow up, I was told that the number that was formerly Brandless's is now Sutera and that they couldn't help me even though they could see my order and the issue I was in touch with them about. I was told to contract Brandless. I sent a few emails, none of which have been responded to. I should note that they claim "Discover our commitment to exceptional customer service with every purchase. Your satisfaction is always our top priority." Well, that's total nonsense. It took forever just finding a way to contact them this time, and honestly with this now dragging out into years, I have minimal hope. It just seems so dishonest to not send something and charge you for it, and when immediately contacted about it, drag it out and hope the customer forgets about it even though it's only a few bucks. I'm just glad it wasn't something major since customer service is non-existent.
