Complain regarding vehicle loan I got from the business. I’m just filing complaint about how the lady who worked with collection did her job by pulling my credit report every month. And that’s putting hard inquiries on my credit report. I asked her why she did it and she said she has every right to do it. She also didn’t have the balance together when I called her on Friday, Sept 2,2022 at 0900. I got the balance of loan in my hand and it was $11.490.98; she told me I had to pay $1921.00; and she told me I can’t get behind on my payment if I pay that amt. the amt I was behind was 817.00 and my payments are due on 16th of each month. I asked why it was more then how much I should pay, she told me it was: the amt I’m behind plus the payment that was due for sept, and that should be 1144.00; I said why is it more; she respond there are fees. I was on the phone w/my bank and she return phone call; I called her back and she told me they ran my numbers and I need to pay the whole thing off which is $11792.00: I respond that’s more than the balance and she says yeah that’s your principle balance.. I submitted my application to my bank, San Juan credit union. Around 1650; the loan officer answered my called & told me the balance was more than how much I wrote. He said it was more than 12,000.00. I became upset and ask her why it’s different than how much you gave me this morning. She said this morning when you called; I didn’t have everything together. I don’t want any customers going through what I went through.
