      I chose a one star because my salesman was very good. He let us drive the car and offered a price and we accepted. This would be my daughter's first car and we were excited to help her finance it. The got everything ready for us and we felt like we had a good price and a great car, until we went into the finance office. The *** there tacked on $4000 to the price of the car and told us that the warranty and the gap insurance were non-negotiable. That is the CRAZIEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD! Our salesman kept trying to help us and the finance *** was a big bully. He thought that since my husband left me at the dealer alone, a female, he could charge a bunch of extra stuff! The point being that the salesman said one thing and the financial *** said ********** DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE!! Will never go there again!

      Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February 2023, drove it off the lot and not even 5 minutes later the oil pressure light was flashing at me. ********** inspected the vehicle and determined it was a blown motor, fought with the dealership for about a month before they finally decided they would give me my money back. It took them a whole additional month to send the check to my bank, The salesman are shady and lied to me multiple times during this process, they even went as far as giving me a fake tracking number to get me to stop calling. One guy even got on the phone and starting swearing at me.I ******* recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are horrible people and horrible business

      So, I went to look at an SUV and really liked it. After a price had been agreed upon ($12,500) and I had checked and double-checked with the team that only documentation, tax, and title were beyond the original fee (seriously, I asked and checked like three times) I had my mechanic look at the car and paid for an inspection and felt ready to go. There were several issues, but the team said they would take $500 off the price to accommodate me performing those repairs (which my mechanic said would cost $900). They put up a big fuss about changing the price, but when I offered to walk away they agreed and re-stated the price and I confirmed the only extra charges.After all the hassle, when I went to what I thought was just paying and driving the car away the next day, the finance man stated that they would only sell me the car with a ******* warranty! A third the price of the car, adding up to $8,000 above the *** value, and very much not worth it at all. Essentially, over five hours of my time had been wasted on something they could have mentioned to me WAY earlier. Had I known they would add the warranty, there would not have been a single chance I would have even considered the car (I was very firm on my out the door price when speaking with everyone).Beyond the unconscionable business practice of adding on hidden fees after agreeing to a firm price, my brother and I overheard a conversation in which one of the salespeople was gaslighting, shaming, and I'd say manipulating a customer who came in to exchange a car and saying: 1. the *** value wasn't true of either car. 2. He ought to accept less for his car. 3. He was crazy (that word was said) to think he could ask for as low as $2,000 ABOVE the *** value for the car he wanted to buy. My brother and I literally looked at each other at the same time and we both whispered, "What a sleazy salesman!"Overall, given the quality of the people and business practices here, I could not recommend this dealership less.
