it has been three years and they will not stop sending me pop ups and emails from mymedic.com i have emailed and called many many times asking them to unsubscribe they say yes and they keep coming very frustratingInitial Complaint

I purchased several individual and large First Aid Kits (IFAK's) and some supplies about 2 yrs ago. While reviewing the contents of my first aid kits, I remembered there are contents such as medication and other emergency supplies that may expire so I called My Medic but unable to get through until after several tries on 1 of their 2 numbers (?**** ********?, ###-###-####? where I've left several messages and have also sent at least 2 emails to no avail. I have not received a response to my inquiry regarding how to determine their products' expiration dates as some of the contents are over-the-counter medication including saline solutions that may likely have an expiration date. It's unconscionable and incomprehensible why after having spent hundreds of dollars on their products that happen to be life-saving that My Medic has taken this position of non-response toward a legitimate inquiry that anticipates a reasonable and timely response considering the life-saving application of the matter concerned. Another thing to note is they will alternately refer to themselves as My Medic or MyMedic so that when googling them, it is a challenge to find their actual address just as it is a tedious hit-and-miss effort to reach them over the phone or email and that they DO NOT REPLY. Attached are at least 2 of my emails to them, additionally I've left at least 2 voicemail messages on their phone numbers the twice I managed to get through that far.
