I realized as soon as I hit the button to pay E-paintball that I got scammed. They didnt ask for any shipping address before I clicked pay. As soon as I clicked pay I tried to call them multiple times but no answer. Then I went to the reviews and saw how poor they were. I believe this company is scamming people by advertising products in stock but not delivering anything. I just want my money back.Business response

We have already spoken on the phone with the customer about this specific issue an hour or so after it occurred, so we are a little baffled as to why they are filing a complaint. We are in the process of rebuilding our website and have turned off the shopping cart functionality. PayPal has changed the way they pre-authorize purchases and what the customer is seeing on their PayPal account is a pre-authorization. This pre-authorization will drop from his account and we have no control over the ability to refund/de-authorize this particular transaction at the moment until PayPal chooses to drop the pre-authorization themselves. We most certainly will not be receiving these funds, nor any other funds during this time frame where our shopping cart functionality has been deliberately turned off to explicitly avoid taking any funds from customers. This was all explained to the customer when we previously spoke on the phone.
