      Saela Pest Control charged me for a service that was never provided. I got a bill for over $300 and they claim to have been at my home when I was there at said time! Then I was told by the manager, they would reimburse my money, if I decided to stay month to month with them. When I declined, they refused to give me my money back for a service never provided! I was told they would check their GPS, but have not heard from them again, which was Oct 1st! I am currently disputing this through my bank, and will proceed to do so. I had been a customer for over 10 years, and this is how I get treated?! I caution everyone about using this company, the service is not what it used to be before they were bought out!*** *.

      This company is very sneaky with sending their representatives to our neighborhood. When I first signed up I was told by the representative I can cancel anytime. So no confusion there, I would never sign something that would lock us in for months or years knowing we move alot. To my surprise, I find we are locked in for 18 months. Due to being a military family who moves a lot it would make no sense why I would sign up for a term contract at all. Then to cancel they want me transfer to someone, like we are possibly moving overseas and we dont know anyone or pay 50 % . On top of everything the signature looks like a child scribbled, because I sign smooth. I think this business should be investigated in depth because it sounds all sketchy.

      I have never been scammed by a company like this all my life. I signed the contract knowing there would be a penalty if i canceled. (assuming that if they don't hold up there end i had a choice in the contract also, called breach of contract) The first time they came to my house and charged me, no one actually showed up. Of course they said they would made it right with me, and sent someone out again. The person doing the service was nice and did what she was supposed to do. She came for a third time because we still had spiders in the house and sprayed again. We are seeing no decrease in spiders so as a customer i am not happy and wanted to just walk away from the service. We have no visible results from the service at all.The business model of Seala is set up well to scam people. You cant talk to anyone. After you set on the phone forever you finally get someone that passes you on over and over. Once i reached someone inside they wouldn't do a thing for me. I asked to cancel and they charged me $280 cancelation fee. The cost of time and money was not worth the fight for me so i paid it to keep my perfect credit score. The worst customer ********************** ever award goes to Saela.

      The sales people who came to our house were pushy. We were adamant we did not want to be locked into any contract. We were assured no contract and we could cancel at any time. We were told the service would be one price but then we were charged a higher price. I tried to cancel with the 2nd service and was told at that time about the cancellation policy/contract which left me rather upset and with little option. After speaking with my husband, we decided to attempt to cancel service. Let me not forget to mention the service didnt even work. I finally called to cancel after chatting with a *** who said it had to be a verbal request. The manager I spoke with refused to see the error of their companies' ways, proceeded to lie to me about how pest control works, and then said they would not waive the cancellation fee because I didn't call right after the first service was done. This company is shady, they misinform their customers going as far as lying to them, and then put it back on us that they could not waive the cancellation fee. I would never recommend them to anyone and will never do business with them ever again.

      This is the most unethical company I've ever encountered in the 46 years of my life. They false advertise, knock on your door to sell services that they did not provide. I tried to cancel my services with them for not doing the services they sale and list in their contract. They failed to provide adequate services twice and then said they would send a "field manager out to do the job right." The field manager failed to show up when scheduled. My wife called to let the company know that they once again failed to follow through with what they said they would do. After she complained, Saela tried to send someone over to talk to her. This was the third time they failed to provide the services they sold us and they had already charged our card twice in a matter of two weeks! They charged charged us over $300! When we demanded they cancel our service and contract with them for failing to meet their terms of the agreement, they then charged us a cancellation feel. I called their customer ********************** group numerous times, explaining our experience and requesting reimbursement for over $700 charged to our card for extremely poor and incomplete services. They refused to do anything about it and will not give you a name of who is responding from their company. Then they stopped answering our call. I've never felt so wronged by an organization in my life.

      This is a horrible company. You sign a year obligation whether you realize it or not. That little handheld machine they have you scribble on when they first solicit your business. It has quite a contract with it. You can not cancel and you will be charged for the remaining services. They have been coming here for 4 months. All spraying has been outside. When I tried to cancel and told them they hadn't even addressed the inside, they said I needed to request the interior. What kind of exterminator thinks they don't need to spray the interior. Good luck if you've been caught up in this mess.

      Our standard procedure is to provide exterior treatments unless an interior service is specifically requested.       First service on 9/20, called 9/30 and requested a follow up service as we had spiders setting off our Ring system all night. They would not provide a follow up service at no cost. The CS agent had a heavy accent and spoke very fast, there is no way you could understand what he was saying. I finally talked over him until he stopped to breath and demanded to speak to a supervisor. He finally put me on hold and was gone for some time, when he returned he "finally" agreed to a no charge follow up. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up. Has all the ear marks of a very "shady" operation. **

      They RIPPED ME OFF for over $400 dollars! Some sad reviews here about months long attempts trying to cancel. We'll see. Straight up GARBAGE company.

      This company is a scam. Don't use them. They will quote you a price. Tell you the follow up is free and then they try and charge you. Buyer beware. Don't use this company

      Bad experience. Timing would never match up with mine which is understandable but instead of helping me i was offered nothing and to take time out of my day of work to make time to come let them in my house. I explained to them my schedule had changed and I had been working 6 days. They charged me $208 to cancel with them even though they could not provide me with the service they were forcing me to keep. Horrible business motto and I feel personally like they scammed me.
