I was referred to Rural Power to help with my energy needs on my remote ranch. A representative arrived with a contract and received a deposit for a solar installation. Almost two years later the **** representative informed me that this was against protocol and my ***** was denied due to late application, incomplete information, and ineligibility provided by Rural Power. I have contacted Rural Power by phone, text, email, and finally by an attorney provided demand letter for return of deposit with no response from Rural Power. ************* has sent me notice that approval is expired for installation and nothing is moving forward. A return of deposit is all Im asking for even though this has turned out to be a money losing proposition under the guise of a government ***** ******** With no response after numerous attempts of communication Rural Power is nothing but a scam in my experience. I would like return of funds which have not resulted in any installation of solar installation at all . Any assistance from BBB is appreciated.Review from David K

I have been trying to get a date for them to come down and take my panels off, so my roof can be replaced. Im just getting the run a round, most of the time they wont even answer the phone! And forget leaving a message because you dont get called back! It was fine until they were done putting the panels on, after that I couldnt get answers for my questions. Im so tired of not getting answers and never getting called back. I would not recommend Rural power and light company to anyone for solar power! ****************, ******, ****
