Date of transaction: 6/19/2023 Amount paid for service: $3,765.65 Business rebuilt transmission on 2000 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup with 152,553 miles on it. Nature of dispute: The truck drove just over 820 miles before transmission burnt up and is not rebuildable. We are asking shop to stand behind their work and replace transmission. **We purchased pickup soon after transmission work was done and shop is stating that it's not transferable. I have original invoice and it doesn't state anywhere on invoice that it is not transferable. We have a transmission shop in Idaho Falls that has looked at it and called the original shop and even sent them video that is was not fault of driver for the transmission to burn down. **The original receipt for work has limited warranty for 5 years or 50,000 miles. **Invoice (Trans Check Number) ***** VIN: *****************
