After explaining in detail my trike issues. I received the following response: well why dont you sell your $ ***** bike and buy a new one. A shocking response but in line with Utah Trikes arrogance. I promise you that your going to be sorry for that arrogance !

Wow, I should have read the review prior to my purchase. I spent over ****** on my Equad and received it almost 3 weeks ago. I have contacted them numerous times on the issue of not being able to ride it due to the chain keeps getting kinked up or gets derailed. From talking to one of the service techs, he tells me they put in inferior parts due to not being capable of acquiring the correct parts. Though I see the better parts can be had on amazon. I don't understand why, if you can not get the parts that are better, why did you sell me the quad? Or at least give me the option to go elsewhere, especially since I told them it was for off-road only, I live in SD and there are no paved streets. So far I received two shipments of parts, one arrived broken and I still have no bike to ride. When I compare the bike in their picture to the one in my garage it is obvious why this bike will never work. It's not put together correctly and the Chain gears are not aligned.I wish they were rude to me so I would have saved myself the headache of having to deal with them. I have not gone on one bike ride and never felt so disappointed in a company in my life. I work hard for my money there is no extra and this was the first time I actually spent real money on a way to continue a passion of mine and reduce stress, but every time I look at the bike all I feel is let down, stress and regret.
