      I purchased 5 tickets for the Capitales New Year Eve party through the website Event Brite. The website page advertising the tickets was this one: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/capitale-new-years-eve-2022-party-tickets-************# (to see the detail about the event, click on the "Details" button belloe the tittle of the event.) In this page, it clearly states that food would be served at the event: "Take in the glamorous ambiance and beautiful guests as you delight your palate with passed hors d'oeuvres served in early evening." However, once we arrived there was no complimentary food being served, there was only paid food and there were only 3 very poor options (fries, burgers and nuggets). I tried talking to the management of the event on the venue, however I was received with a lot of aggression and rudness, even though on the website event page it stated that there would be food included. It was overall a very disappointing party, we attended expectating free food and drinks and only half of it was delivered, so my request is that at least half of the tickets value to be reimbursed, since only half of the experience was delivered. I checked other websites where the event was being advertised and they all also state that food would be served, so it seems to me that Joonbug (the organizer of the event and a subsidiary company of Skynet Media Group) should be held accountable for falsely advertising in this event. I only bought this event because it was open food and open drinks, had I know it would only be food, I would have chosen a different event. The order number is **********, in total value of U$588.10 and I am attaching here the email with the order info and the websites prints with the free food information. I request that U$294.05 to be reimbursed, since only half of the processed in this event was delivered.
