Thinking of reporting to state contractors Board.Dont do business with this company. Beware.. They are trying to charge ** for stuff they never did. I had to do it as they never came back. We paid the plumber directly. But of course double billing ** on that. We paid for all paint but of course they are charging **. They never came back so I had to clean up mess that they are now charging ** for. *** messed up our cabinets where they won't close and I'm not paying for that. ****** , what shisters. ******* had to move everything at 83 but of course they are trying to charge ** for that. I'm mad. Feel free to tell *** as he won't answer the phone. He has **** call and promise ****************** he does not do. I'm gonna let them take ** to court. Can't get a real itemized bill just a demand for **** and I already paid ****. Lol don't do business with them . Sigh.BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC Response

We will be happy to give you a credit for the paint that you purchased. As far as the plumbing you paid the plumber direct for the Reverse Osmosis hookukp which we never charged you for. We paid the plumber for hooking up the dishwasher and hooking up other fittings. **** will work with you directly on getting a final revised invoice that reflects the work that Liberty performed.

Homeowner said in a text that he was fine with the work that was completed this home. He signed a certificate of completion and paid his account in full. He called his agent and said that he didn't want Liberty back in his home and didn't want us to contact him any further. After we talked to the project manager about this job we believe that the possible issue is the stairs that he isn't happy with. Liberty informed him that installing *** on his stairs isn't a good option as the stair nose has a hard time adhering to the steps and may come up after some time. Even with that warning he still had us go ahead and install the *** on the stairs. Without being able to talk with him about his specific concerns it's hard for us to resolve any concerns. From our standpoint, we feel that the stairs is the possible issue he is referring to?Review from Marc T

They were recommended by my insurance company but the reason probably is because they are cheap, not the quality of their work. The companies they hire to do repairs are hit and miss. The person they hired for gutters did a good job in repairs of our wind damaged home but the roofer and siding people did a poor job or were rude. The roofers did okay work but were quite rude. They told us to move any cars from our garage since they will be using our driveway for the garbage trailer. I indicated that we had a steep driveway and they said that was okay. We moved our cars out of the garage parking them on the curb in front of our house. On the day of the job they spent 30 minutes trying to back a trailer up our driveway. I went outside and found out that they were upset because of our steep driveway and us parking our cars on the curb in front of our house. A worker who doesn't peak that great of English told me about him being upset about our steep driveway and parked cars and asked if they can park the trailer in our yard and move our cars. They kept shaking the house as they dropped shingles onto the roof from a *********** was concerned light fixtures may get damaged. The people doing the siding did a terrible job. I contacted Liberty a couple of times because there were gaps forming in our siding. The company came and put chalking in these gaps as their resolution to the problem. I am now getting even bigger gaps and it appears the siding is starting to warp in some areas. Rather than contacting Liberty again which most likely would be the contractor apply more chalking, I'm thinking it would be better to hire my own siding company to assess the problem and possibly apply new siding less than 2 years after the wind storm replaced siding. The other side of the siding that wasn't damaged and was applied in the ****s doesn't have a single gap nor does it appear to be warping.BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC Response

Back in the summer of 2021 a man approached our home said he could get the roof replace. I said only if he did all the work as I didnt have time to keep following up. That man quit the company the next day. ***** took over and worked for months with my insurance company. The insurance company finly agreed to pay for the roof, but in the mean time I am having to check with ***** weekly( just what I didnt want to have to do). The money was paid out at which time I gave ***** an ******* deposit, ***** also told me that ******* would be coming to me from my insurance company and that was a bonus to me for having my roof fixed ( I dont know anything about insurance so I believe him). They held my money for 5 months, avoiding text, calls and emails as to when I would be scheduled. I was terrified I had been scammed! Finally after calling the corp office and threatening to come pick up my check I got scheduled only to get cancelled because weather ( I called other roofing companies and they were installing in weather over 40 and it was over 40) Finally got the roof put on after all the head aches, I then received a **** the next day for the remaining balance put the bonus *******. Blowing up my phone the very next day for there money. Seriously after you held my money for months with no response. Dont use them they are not trust worthy!BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC Response

Absolutely terrible service. They attempted to charge us $2,000 for not doing any work. They came in and set up fans and then took them down because we decided to fix the issue on our own. They charged this high price because they thought it was paid by insurance so the insurance company would just pay them without question. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Never use them.BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC Response

1/14/22 ******************* filed aninsurance claim, and she asked Liberty to come help with interior water damage she wanted mitigation and repaired. Liberty sent a clean up crew, set drying equipment and was waiting for the asbestos samples to come back before returning to doing demo work. 1/17/22 ******************* called asked Liberty to pick up the equipment and that Elliots would do the rest for the work themselves. Liberty invoiced for $1354.00 labor, equipment rental, and asbestos testing fees. Shortly thereafter, **************** emailed Liberty:Hi *****, I just heard back from our insurance company, they will not be paying for any of this because our deductible is higher then this ****. Can this be ran through again without using the Insurance estimating software? Not trying to give you a sob story but we are still trying to pay hospital bills from just having a baby. Is this the best that you can do for us?Due to Elliots just having a new baby, Liberty gave consideration and removed the vast majority of the equipment rental charges and reduced it **** to $900 (enough cover the labor, costs and testing fees). ***************** expressed her gratitude and delivered a check a few days later.
