2/23/2024 around 2:00pm I entered the *********** remote location at your Sinclair **************************************************************** location. I set my two packages (boxes) on the counterspace: box one had a QR code where I simply bring it to a **** location with code to scan; box two needed a label printed and attached to the package. Before I could state any of this information, the customer service representative behind the counter immediately told me that Im required to place addresses onto my boxes. I attempted to clarify, and he cut me off, aggressively asserting that I needed addresses affixed to my boxes. I again attempted to ask if he could type the information into his computer to print a sticky label and he again did not allow me to finish my sentence, reiterating he requires addresses on my packages. I again asked to clarify, and he became irate, cutting me off again. I explained that I understand what he is saying but still need to know if printing a label to affix to box two is an option. He demanded to move onto the next box. Shocked by his antagonistic behavior, I slid the next box closer to him that only required a QR code, retrieving box two that I needed a label printed. He violently slid the box back to me and refused me service, asking me to leave. I asked why, completely dumbfounded by this customer service representatives behavior from the moment I approached the counter. He stated he is asking me to leave because he did not like how I slid the second box to him. I asked for a manager, hoping someone else will allow me to speak and understand my needs, and he said he is the manager. I asked his name, and he ignored me. I went to ************** at ***************************** where they happily printed the label for box two and accepted box one with a simple scan of my QR code. This representative was not only unhelpful and inept, but he was also intensely rude and bizarrely combative. I hope there is video footage for you to witness this encounter.

The Dinopay app is a scam run by Sinclair oil. I used the app to pay for gas at a station in Kansas and was turned over to a collection agency and charged a $30 fee even though I had sufficient funds in the bank account to cover transaction.

On 2/11/22 at approximately 5:32 pm at your Cheyenne, WY station located at **** **** ***** ****, I purchased $77.49 of fuel which included a $9 car wash with code ******. After fueling I drove to the car wash on your premises and it was closed. I then proceeded to enter your station's store and spoke to the attendant and requested a refund for the $9. His response, "I can't do it. They won't let me. I'll get in trouble if I do." I was surprised and asked who the manager was at the station at which time he stated, "Don't you think you're kind of stupid buying gas when it's snowing?" I asked him to repeat what he said and he stated, "I said you're stupid for getting gas while it's snowing." I asked him, "are you calling me stupid?" and he replied, "yeah because it's snowing outside and you want to wash your car." I then asked him if he'd like to call me stupid outside at which time he said, "sure" and walked outside the station at which time I followed and prior to any fight, customers got in between us. I then chose to film your attendant at which time I stated, "I want to get this on the record, I paid $9 for the carwash" and he interrupted with "I cannot refund you." Then he approached me aggressively and said, "Get out of here." I then said, "I want my $9" he replied, "I can't I'll get in trouble for that." I said, "I understand, but don't you think it's lame on management, I mean it's not your fault right?" He then stated, "I deal with this all the time bro. ***." I then said, "I'm not mad at you about that, what I'm mad at you about is you called me stupid for getting a car wash" and he replied, "Because it's snowing." I then said, "why would you say that to a customer?" He replied, "Whatever. You told me to step outside if I had a problem and I stepped outside and then you wanted to start recording me." He then called me "Karen" and demanded I leave which I did. I have video from my phone of this incident.
