SilencerCo was running a buy one get one sale on suppressors. Spend xx amount and get a suppressor for free. I purchased a hybrid 46 suppressor and my get one free would be an omega 300 suppressor. I have been waiting for 12 months now on them to send me my bogo suppressor. I complained in an email about it and the response said couple take an additional 2 years to receive.Initial Complaint

I participated in the Silencerco Bogo program in May 2023 and never received the promised item. When I reach out to them, all I get are excuses. For example, they build them in the order they receive them, but I see in forums that people are getting items with later numbers than me.Initial Complaint

Silencerco ran a BOGO deal and has taken people’s money and have not fulfilled the get one free part of the deal. With almost a year waiting and no real answers or estimated time frame to receive the product this fills like a scam. Silencerco continues to produce items for sale but not for the BOGO deal that people have already payed for. These items are federally mandated so I’m not sure a refund can be given as the first item of the deal has already been federally applied for. Is there a time frame companies must adhere to when running sales and taking people’s money without supplying the product or can they just never answer for where’s my item and make me wait a indefinite amount of time!!?Initial Complaint

Attached are the terms and conditions of the promotion we were running back in Nov-Dec-2022. Each customer agreed to these terms when registering their purchase. As stated the coupon code we offered expired on June 30 2023.

I am rejecting this response because: I did provide proof of purchase as well as submitted my forms necessary per the guidelines. The coupon code was never sent the only thing I ever received from this crooked company was a confirmation the received as well as context stating I will get it shortly. Never did they claimed it was sent but could not furnish documentation.

They offered a $200.00 discount on a purchase which I received a code for worth $200.00. When I did use the coupon code, I only received $94.00 off. I ordered 2 items worth $94.00 each. They only gave me credit for one item worth $94.00, did not ship the other item and charged me for shipping of both items (weight).Initial Complaint

I purchased two SilencerCo AR-15 Gas Defeating Charging Handle from this company, Both parts fell apart within minutes of use, I Sent back the product to them, and they sent me again a defective product they fell apart within minutes of use. I contacted them and they will not give me a refund for the product.
