We hired Zeroscape, LLC back in the beginning of March, 2022 we signed a contract with them to have them do sprinkler, Inground trampoline, fence. We paid more than 75 percent upfront with possible other jobs in later future. Daniel the owner keeps telling me he will complete the jobs of the landscaping and they keep canceling and pushing out the jobs. To this day the fence is still not completed not even half way done. The sprinklers are not completed with the full drip line and patches of areas not sprinklered out, broken or sticking out. Trenches not covered. Boxes not covered. and areas not fully done. They come maybe once a week and then leave for the rest of the week with leaving trash and things to clean up after. Promises constantly with no end results. We've paid them $15k already and I feel the job looks absolutely awful and a complete mess. Endless promises with absolutely no end in sight at this point except promises of coming. Using Angi App I contact Daniel from Zeroscape landscaping to flat my backyard using a retaining wall made out of the stone He gave me a bid of 5500 and I accepted it on Sep 23, 2021. I gave him half the amount as he request to start the work via Zelle. He came for two days and did 10 % of the work and did not complete it till date. He also requested me to provide the give more 1500 as he was running out of money for my project and needed it, so via zelle I gave him more money .around November 2021 For the last two months, he is avoiding my work and now he is saying he is very busy and would not want to complete my work and almost never respond to me via Text.
